This place is a dream for restaurant owners!. It's clean, organized, has so many options for all types of restaurant needs and smallwares. If they had perishables, I wouldn't use my regular vendor at all. (They do have dry goods, such as spices and dressings). One huge bonus is the ability to order items online for pick up. I will sometimes run out of a few things and be able to order it, pay for it, and have an employee or family member pick it up without having to go through the process of explaining where to find it in the store. It's a life saver in a pinch. Lastly and most importantly, the staff is super accommodating, and they insist on loading your car for you.
