This is the worst experience I have ever had when ordering pizza. I Ordered from 443 Main Street in East Orange, NJ. Just because I am located in an urban area does not mean I don't deserve respect, professionalism and dignity. My pizza took over an hour to arrive. The order was placed with instructions to ring the intercom bell. That wasn't followed, which resulted in an additional delay in receiving my food by another 40 minutes because they had to send the driver back. I also provided contact information but they never called me to say the pizza was outside. The toppings were all over the place and the slices were cut extremely awkward--not even at all. I have a picture to prove it but for some reason I couldn't upload it. The delivery person never got my signature on the receipt and instead gave my sister both the customer and the store copies of the UNSIGNED RECEIPTS. When we called to speak to the manager "Roman" he was very rude and unprofessional telling me to just call corporate. He wouldn't explain to me why I did not receive what I paid for or how he would rectify the situation. I called back only to have someone pick up then hang up. I called back again demanding the corporate number which he refused to give me multiple times. He said something to the effect of: "since you ordered your pizza online, you can look it up online." He assumed that I was still at a location where I could access the Internet. When i mentioned that to him all he continued to do was talk over me and raise his voice. I told him that he had to have received much more superior training than that and that he was inept. The customer service at this location is nonexistent. There is no pride in the product or attitude of your employees and it's a disgrace. I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect. I work too hard for my money and WILL NOT pay to be inconvenienced and mistreated. What is entailed in your interview process? The sub-par management is a sad reflection of the Domino's brand as well as this particular chain. I will NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone. Your so-called manager needs to be fired. There are too many other people who are qualified and willing to treat people like people. I made an order for delivery to my house and The address was wrong on there in so once I noticed, I called The store and the driver I explained to the driver if he deliver it, I will give him extra money for the Mixup, I am still in the same town so it shouldn’t be an issue he tells me to hold on and I guess call the store. The store called me. And told me that they can’t deliver it Yet completed the order In my tracking app, I see it Then the manager lie and said that I picked the store wrong and then when I asked her, can she still deliver it? I’ll just pay the difference. She’s telling me she’s not allowed to send any drivers out farther than they supposed to understandable So she told me that it’s pending and I will receive my money back but guess what I didn’t get my food or my money so I have to hang Up with her the first time I called the second time . Told her I didn’t receive my money and now she changed the story to. I’m not getting my money it’s pending I will get my money tomorrow After she already told me that I was getting it back in the same time because the driver didn’t deliver itso I She had me on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up the phone called back and now she picked up within Five minutes So now I’m telling her I didn’t see my money in my account and you told me it will come back to me so now all of a sudden she changed his story and my money comes tomorrow. I was charged for a product that I did not receive then when I called customer service they said I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a refund on my card . I'm pretty sure this is it legal. I called BS.... So here is a little rundown of what happened...!! I was a good custom for some time average around 60$ a order..!!! Tonight I did a online order and was having trouble with getting delivery. Mind you this is the same place I've been ordering from for a long time. I eventually got my order push through by calling the main customer service number. Just to get a phone call from a rude obnoxious disgusting employee to this location...! It went like this. Domino's employee: "You just did a online order right?" Me:Yes. Employee:"Well do you need to provide your credit card and your ID to the driver upon delivery.!" Me: I never had to do that before this was not my first time ordering this way from this location..! Employee:"It's a new policy that we have .!" Me:I have no problem with giving my ID but I'm not giving my CARD to a complete stranger..!!! Employee:"Then I'm cancelling your order...!"
