First time here, literally stopped in just so I could do a review! I didn't exactly know what to expect but my son and I went and both ordered the strawberry lemonade with mango Bubbles and we both agreed that it's the best strawberry lemonade we've ever had ( minus the Boost because they were out). It's a little bit towards the pricey side since it was just about $14 for the both of us to get 2 medium drinks so it might be a special treat type of thing. I actually recognized the owner and I had no idea she had opened the business so I thought that was pretty cool. I did notice that a lot of people were coming in and picking up orders. The cup was sat in a cup holder and then placed carefully in a bag so it wouldn't spill, it also comes with an oversized straw. The building did get congested at times but a lot of people were in and out rather quickly, so maybe best to place an online order and avoid the wait. The cashier that we had was very friendly and cheerful so it was a...

But hecka rude face when I came back in the building and told / showed the long black haired employee that there was a string in my straw, cup, drink. I love that exceptional customer service now days does seem like her remaking the drink w a slight accusatory expression, like I planted a string in my own cup to try and get a free drink. I most certainly did not ma'am, but just the expression left me not wanting to come back. 7 and change is to much money for a string, or a judgmental face in response to not wanting a string in the seven dollar drink. This place is no longer cool for me seeing as how if I mistakenly ask about the discount they offer only after 4pm, then proceed to have a string in my drink and want it remade, I'll be looked at like a panhandler🙄 I sure miss real, genuine...
Read moreThis was my first time trying Bubble Tea... I came in with my family who had planned the day around stopping here for drinks. The staff here were unfriendly, with absolutely zero personality. I felt like an unwelcome stranger in someone's house. Watched one staff member drop a cup on the floor, picked it up and rinsed it off in the sink and then proceeded to make somone's drink with it. The drinks were given to us in a way that made us feel as if we had inconvenienced them. The drinks were good but I kept thinking about the way we were treated, wishing I would have said something. Maybe they were having a bad day. I guess customer service is becoming a thing of the past, which is sad.... I'm sure they won't care about my post, and I will get some sort of automated...
