Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in East Pikeland Township

Ok,,i normally dont give bad reveiws, but i must tell my story of the last two times i wanted pizza,there are several places in my aera to get good pizza and yes Dominos is ONE. About two weeks ago i needed to pick up some groceries accross the street at Redners, so i went into Dominos to place an order.they looked busy every body was moving around doing their job and Mohamed "mo"he called himself,asked if he could help me,yes please i said...so i continued to place my order in witch i told him i was going accross the stree for an half an hour, paid for it, and wanted the pizza to be ready at 6pm.. (30mins) finished shopping came back for the pizza at 6:05 i had my son run in for it and when he came back 30 second later without the pizza i saked "what happend?" " Its not ready",,,he said,.. Now im a consumer who spends my hard earned money where i get the best product,respect, customer service and even convenience .In my book 3 strikes ur out,and i wont spend there again. Ok strike one, I went into the loddy to ask why isn't my pizza ready,?very friendly like, "mo"had said they forgot and that it was going to be 15mins,sence i had allready paid for it, i waited,and waited and waited, 30 mins i went BACK into the loddy, and "almost" they said,,"i have things to do"i said,the main guy mahammed "mo"again was very apologetic, thats all nice but when i had asked for it to be ready at 6 and paid up frount you'd think it would be ready to go at that time..so 35 40mins later i went into the lobby again,finally the food was ready,now im already an hour plus behind my sceduel .at least the food was fresh hot and ediable ,didnt feel it needed an review at that time....NOW last night 11/19/19,.i was willing to give them another chance,(remember 3strike?)so not to late in the evening 5 ,6pm maybe, i called,,,the prerecorded message about the specials had answered. Whithin 30sec "mo" answered, hey mo i said "its Danny" oh hello he replied ,remembering me from last time.after the formalitys,and plesentetrys i started to order..telling him i wanted the house special,2 lg 2 topping pizas with cheesy bread,no problem he says,,so i repeated what i wanted again,his fouren accent is a lil hard to understand but thats not an issue for me. 15 mins he SAID, so i even gave them 20.the drive is less then 8 min from my place. Once i arrived i noticed they weren't all that busy .Great i thought "in and out,,no wasteing my any time".went rite to the counter ,normaly im looking at the floor,the cleanliness and overall condition of the establishment but this time not so much,just wanted my food.when"mo"had came to the counter with only one pizza and bread i had said, "yo i ordered the house special"2lg 2toping plus cheesy bread,,angain he was very apologetic over and over he kept saying sorry,."ill MAKE another for u" he says. "No pal i dont have time" i said to him ,so he took like 6bucks off the price,.to me money isnt an issue,i can care less about 6buck,i need WHAT i orderd and did not have time to wait another 30 mins. I said srtike 2 ,3rd one im done with this Dominos. Mo was profecainal and apologetic once again. Drove off fumimg and irradiated once again,.now I've heard of Domino's pizza insurance through the meadia and decided to call them on it. I called back and spoke to Mo saying im gona need that second pizza, and sence Dominos is pushing their "pizza insurance".i gave him my address and say i would tip the driver but i wasn't going to pay for the pizza ...mentioning the pizza insurance .he gladly agreed and said 30 mins Danny,i said thank u and hung up.with in less then 12 min it was at my door, hot and fresh like I've come to espect from dominos. I gave the driver 10bucks like i said i would. So to round it off ,the mistake was fixed and made up for with the deliverie of a onther pizza..weather or not im going to return to that Dominos will ultimately come down to the 3rd strike,.one...

Bad experience similar to another recent reviewer. Ordered a pizza online for delivery. An hour passes and no pizza. I call in and am told 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes pass, I call in a second time and am told again 10 minutes. After two hours, I call in a third time and am told by the manager Blake that they tried calling my number three times. My phone never rang, there was no record of any missed calls in my call log, and my phone was within earshot the entire time. To add on to this, call forwarding is set up to ring my cell phone as well. I also confirmed the correct number with Blake the "manager". After two and a half hours, the pizza is finally delivered and they screwed up the order. I didn't bother calling them back again. I sent an email to the corporate office to register a complaint and will not be calling them again, there are plenty of other places in town that have pizza. Horrible customer service and lying to their customers to boot, pathetic.

Update: I received a call about a week ago (today is November 21) from what I believe to be a regional manager who stated that this wasn't the first complaint about what I described above and that the manager had been terminated. I appreciate the call but am still hesitant to order from them again....

Who does not love pizza? I am quite particular in what I like and just love Dominos pizza. My whole family loves Dominos and there is no disagreement when it comes to where we order. My wife or I drive in to pick up our orders and each and every time their employees are super nice.

Just like any other fast food place there is a huge turnover of employees but for some reason they are always nice. They have never messed up our order and always have enough sauce on the pizza...my pet peeve is when a pizzeria is too stingy with the sauce.

We have been using this location for something like 8 years now. Please start carrying anchovies so I don't need to add the ones I get at the grocery store. I know I'm in the minority so no problem!

I just read the negative reviews out of curiosity and see the majority of them are about delivery. Think about the logistics that go into delivery and how it's almost impossible. My son keeps trying to get me to use DoorDash and I always turn him down because I know the food will most likely be cold. I never order delivery because the chances of success must be quite difficult. My advice to the angry people...just drive in and pick up yourself; otherwise, there will be other orders mixed in with yours which will...
