Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in East Point

My family and I went to Marcos Pizza Store #8462 today and ordered two medium speciality pizzas.I tried to redeem the free cheesy bread after ordering and receiving our pizzas. When we retrieved our pizzas we realized we didn’t have the cheesy bread. So I returned inside and the employee, Dasha told us that the coupon did not work and “ain’t nothing for her to do”. I told her that maybe I had written the numbers provided incorrect (on the receipt) but I had a screenshot and would like for her to try it again. She was in the kitchen and we were having this conversation, rather than her coming to the register She then came to the front register then said, “it didn’t work, idk what you want me to do”. I told her have better customer service. I began to leave then she laughed and stated that I am mad because she didn’t make my cheesy bread. I informed her that I was upset because she is rude. I contacted corporate and left a complaint. I called back up to Marcos later this evening to talk to a manager and I spoke with someone who identified himself as General Manager, Octavious and he said she couldn’t help me because the cheesy breads could only be redeemed on the next visit and there wasn’t anything or anyway that Dasha could’ve assisted me. I told him that that was okay, however she could’ve easily informed me of that without an attitude. Octavious was of no assistance and stated that there will be no repercussions for Dashas actions. Customer service doesn’t matter at this location. There is a major disconnect with this establishment and others that serve within the same industry. The “GM” Octavius has a permanent frown on his face, probably needs a major vacation and break. His customer service skills are non existent and it trickles down to his employees. I’ve gone to this location on 3 separate occasions and had settled on them being my go to for pizza. Each time I’ve gone the pizza has been prepared without any type of extra seasoning or cheese on top after it’s been cooked. Today when it came out, the young man opened the box to verifying my order. I immediately didn’t recognize the pizza because I’ve never gotten it that way the other 2 times. When I mentioned that, the “GM” Octavius butted in to ask what the problem was. I should have known that he was already feeling some type of way, because the order before mine was thrown on the counter and the items that he needed to place in the bag were thrown as well. That order was for former employees of his. When he spoke to them, his tone was completely unprofessional and I should have left at that point. Once I answered him, he stated.. “that’s how all of our pizzas come!” I tried to explain to him what my expectations were and he clearly didn’t want to hear me. Instead of going back and forth with this man, I chose to ask if he was having a great day.. He said that he was, I then replied that his customer service sucked. Food is good but not consistently good. Once again I placed a order for a pizza online and this time I waited to leave the house when they said it was ready via email because of what happened last time. However after driving to the restaurant I’m still waiting despite it showing ready almost 20 minutes ago. I left a tip hoping that would make a difference but nope. Not to mention the employees were very unfriendly. It has been like this for some time now and we come here because it’s better pizza than the other places but I’m tired of paying more for awful experiences with this place. Update: I waited inside over an hour. Eventually after seeing people who walked in and placed a order get their food I asked the cashier what the problem was. She acted like she didn’t remember speaking with me and then finally said they had to make it over a few times because they kept making the pepperoni wrong.
