We went to Chipotle at Camp Creek expecting the same professionalism I’d seen years ago. What we walked into was shocking. The kitchen was filthy—counters, stove, prep areas, all covered in food and trash. A staff member with an awful attitude refused to answer basic questions and didn’t heat our tortillas. She just kept barking “Next” without any care. They were out of major ingredients like pico, peppers, and even forks. Another customer behind us canceled her veggie bowl because they had nothing left but lettuce, rice, and chicken. What happened next was appalling—the worker dumped her bowl back into the serving containers, mixing lettuce into the chicken bin. That’s an obvious health violation. The same worker, still wearing her plastic food gloves, grabbed her phone and started scrolling while continuing to handle food. Cross-contamination everywhere. Meanwhile, the prep line looked like toddlers had thrown food everywhere—bowls were messy, food was on the counter, floor, and even in the dining area. Then came the worst part: when we got home, a beetle crawled out from under the lettuce in my friend’s bowl. Yes, a live beetle. Absolutely revolting. The food itself was awful—burnt chicken, flavorless rice with no lime, off-tasting guac, and cold tortillas. We later learned the BOGO tattoo promotion they blamed for the chaos wasn’t even valid at this location. Instead of turning away the crowd, they served everyone and ran out of food without telling customers. There was no manager in sight. Employees clearly lacked food safety training—trash on the floor, gloves on the ground, customers reaching into utensil boxes with bare hands. The cashier was the only helpful person, but even she made critical food safety mistakes. This place is an absolute mess and a health hazard. I’m reporting them to the health department. It’s disgraceful that this is happening in a predominantly Black middle-class neighborhood. You’d never see this allowed in Buckhead or Piedmont. The lack of accountability is unacceptable. Chipotle needs to shut this location down, retrain the entire team, and start over. Until then—stay away.

Friday night is the wrong time to go here. Upon entering the line was at the back of the store. When I reached the front the young ladies preparing the food were arguing back and forth. I didn’t appreciate all the back and forth between them while they were preparing my food. That continued the entire time the prepared my burrito. No one was listening to what I wanted on my burrito until another team member redirected them to pay attention to the customers. The young lady at the beginning of the line was the expert with rolling the burrito, but she refused to come roll the burrito because she started the disagreement when she told them they were working too slow and that’s why the line was backed up. They finally got the lady cooking the chips to come and roll the burrito. The burrito wrap broke the first time, but the second time around she got it closed and wrapped. She has to be the burrito whisper because I thought it would fall apart when I got home because it looked like it barely closed, but it did not. The bag of chips I received looked like they forgot to finish filling it up. I asked for some salsa to go with my chips and the girl ignored me. It became so smoky inside the restaurant that several people including myself started coughing. As I was leaving they were opening the door to ventilate the smoke out. I was so hopeful that I would have a great experience.

This is the most disgusting restaurant I've seen in a long time. The staff are a reflection of management, and the behavior displayed by the Manger was rude, unfriendly, dry, and down right disgusting. I believe he was the general manager as well, so that makes it worse. He came scrolling in the door with a cake, so he was clearly making personal runs, on company time. He jumped right in with the staff without washing his hands. He never smiled or spoke to one customer. There was a gentleman with complaints at the front of the line, and he was completely rude and dismissive to him, and even told him that he don't have time to deal with him, he gotta get his line down, and walked away with no resolve. That was completely unprofessional. Then the dining room was filthy. There was nothing stocked, all tables were nasty. He had over 10 emplit looked to be on the back but didn't have the common sense to send one of them out to deal with the dining room. I'll go out my way and travel to another location before I visit here again. Then I asked for fresh chips for my kids meal, and I felt the portion wasn't sufficient, and considering the wait and inconvenience I asked for a little more, yet I was refused. This happened 2/22/2024 around 6:30 p.m.

I just came in while I was on my lunch break because I work in the Camp Creek area. I always get either one kids chicken quesadilla with a side of beans, rices, and sour cream instead of the chips that come with the meal. Or, I get 1 kids chicken quesadilla and 1 kids steak quesadilla. I don’t get the chips so they give me a side of sour cream. This time when I came in they tried to give me only one side of rice and one side of beans with both the quesadillas in container. Even after I asked the lady who made them, she didn’t. I I understood it was busy so I waited till I could pay to remind them that I was supposed to receive 2 of the containers. The lady only put, and I have counted, 5 pieces of chicken anr 4 pieces of carne asada. The manager who was an older man named estis told me to wait because I didn’t say I wanted two containers with an attitude . He then asked if i wanted chips of fruit which come with the meal, but I said no, it’s ok. He then asked me again which one do I want because that’s what the meal is very aggressively. I told him I don’t want either just the 2 drink cups please. As I was tapping to pay, literally going to tap, he asked if that was my side of sour cream. I said yes, voided the transaction, and he added $1.75 for a cup or sour cream that wasn’t even halfway full. I told him that they always, always give me the sour cream since I don’t get my side chips and today I had asked them to put both sides of rice and then one with beans and one with sour cream just on the side. But they didn’t listen, and I had to pay extra for something that came with the meal. That manager has a bad attitude and doesn’t need to work there if he is gonna be that upset and petty over sour cream. This is the worst experience I had there out of the numerous times I have visited this location! Please work on the attitudes. Edit I just went back for a refund for my steak quesadilla and sour cream. I asked to speak with the female manager as I’ve already had a bad experience with the male manager. He said, “ Well Im the general manger so I can do more than the she can.” I told him that since he has a horrible attitude with earlier and now that statement, I don’t feel comfortable speaking with him. To that he replied, “And how do you think your attitude is.” He told me that since I wouldn’t speak to him, I have to contact chipotle guest on the bottom of my receipt even though the female manager was already assisting me. He then stormed off, and went to the back. I am very, very disappointed that, that is the type of customer service I would receive from a general manager. I also only got refunded for one quesadilla and not the sour cream even though I gave them the quesadilla, the sides, drink, and sour cream back. Ashley was very calm and understanding, as well as the workers! But for a general manager to act like that is appalling! I would like to be contacted by someone other than Esty or...

The store manager working at this location the evening of January 22, 2024 was absolutely the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered at this location! I do not recall his name nor is it on my receipt but he has distinctive facial features and his teeth are spaced out slightly in the front of his mouth.

I entered the restaurant this evening for a taste for a salad and a bag of corn chips. The line was long as always and a bit unorganized as usual. I approach the young lady who is going to take my salad order I gave her all the veggies I would like but unfortunately, I'd have to wait a few minutes for the peppers and onions. NO problem. The line proceeded to move along... now the cashier asks me what did I have which is the salad with No meat. He (cashier) asks me if I'd like anything else... I said yes please a bag of chips. He proceeds to walk towards the back of the food prep area which is Very visible to customers to get me a bag. BUT to my surprise this Older man whom should Know better proceeded to grab an empty bowl and scoop my chips into a bag WITHOUT GLOVES!!!!! Where do they do this unsanitary mess at... Camp Creek Location in East Point Ga!!! Gross... Mind you I said this man was cashing customers out. I said, I know you didn't just get my chips without gloves on. He says back I used the bowl... I didn't use my hands. The young lady whom was making my bowl said to this cashier, 'you didn't have gloves on?!' He then asks me if I want the bag or not. Of course I told him NO! The man then tossed my bag with an attitude on the shelf which is where chips are typically staged for purchase.. NOW help me to understand why would this man place this bag on the shelf instead of the trash!!!? The young lady who had prepared my salad said, I'll get you some chips. I said OK, thanks. The cashier rings me up, I pay. The young lady goes to hand me my chips and the cashier says, YOU DIDN'T PAY FOR CHIPS! Now the man says you can pay for them if you want them... I told him hell nah,, I'm good... keep em for someone else. I stood to the side waiting for my onions and peppers to be cooked. Now the cashier man is noticeably being very rude. He asks me very harshly, What are you waiting for?! I told him and now he is demanding that the employee working the online order line to scoop my veggies so I can hurry up and go! Mine you the employees working this line said they aren't suppose to do that. AS SOON as he barked at the employees to fetch my veggies I immediately asked who is this man and What is his name. This is when I find out this ignorant man is the store manager.

I have called corporate and I will be following through with this as petty as it may seem. Respect, Proper food handling etiquette is vital!! He needs to be properly trained or demoted to...

I placed two separate online orders here yesterday and both customer service experiences were pretty bad.

The first order was set to be ready at 7:20pm. I sat outside until a little after 7:20 and then went in when my app notified me that my order was ready at the pickup shelf. When I got inside, my order wasn’t there. The young lady asked for my name and told me it was coming up. Why was I notified that it was ready for pickup if it wasn’t? I was patient because she seemed extremely busy and I really have a lot of love for fast food workers.

My husband ended up wanting an order after I got mine, so I placed a second order. Since I knew how busy it was for the young lady handling the to go orders, I didn’t set my order to be ready ASAP— I set it to be done at 8:30. Around 8:20, my app said my order was ready for pick up, but when I went inside around 8:25, the young lady said she didn’t see my order and went back to making other orders. I was the only person in line for a to go order, so it would’ve been great if she could’ve taken a second to address the discrepancy.

After about 5 more minutes, she looked at me again and repeated that she didn’t see my order. When I told her it was for 8:30, she did something on the screen and I saw my name pop up on her screen. No apology for the confusion. Nothing. She just went back to the orders in front of her. Again, my app told me my order was ready but clearly it was not.

She finally started my order around 8:35 (5 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be done). But wait, that’s not all. I was still the ONLY person in the to go line and instead of fixing my order and handing it to me so I could leave, she proceeded to make the four to go orders AFTER mine as well. She completed my order plus the four others and then when she placed a sticker on all of them, she FINALLY bagged my order and gave it to me. I was still the only person in the to go line and I had been standing there since 8:25. It was 8:43 when I got my order and there still wasn’t an apology for the mixup or the delay.

I’m an advocate for service workers, especially during peak hours and the holidays. I understand how hectic it can be and how rude some customers can be, so I try to be patient. This experience was extremely frustrating and common sense would’ve had me out the door quicker.

I truly believe the young lady was working diligently, but it seems she could benefit from some customer service training. Also, I believe the workers have to clear orders from their screens which sends the app notifications that the orders are done. This shouldn’t be done until the orders are actually bagged and ready to go to...
