Bubba J's BBQ Food Truck — Restaurant in East Wenatchee

After weeks of passing by the place, I was finally able to try this place out on Saturday. The menu was simple and easy to read with a good amount of options (I was surprise they had dessert items). Ended up getting the Family Meal w/ Pulled Pork. This could easily feed a family of four, but for me (big guy alert), it was 3 giant plates of great BBQ. Chicken was really juicy, pulled pork was great, but the real surprise were the sides. I’m not a fan of boiled eggs, but the potato salad had a great blend of creamy and crunchy bites. The Mac and Cheese was some of the best I’ve ever had. Never knew what a dinner cake was but after today I know now they’re delicious. The cinnamon honey butter melted on top made it 🔥. Will definitely be back again.

Update 7/4/24 If I could give this place a 6/5 I would. The 4th of July Chicken special was easily the best deal of 2024. My food had to endure an hour drive back home but everything looked amazing as soon as we opened them up. Got an order of the Pretzel Loaves and they were so delicious! I ordered them as a snack but they were fairly big and could have been a full meal. Totally worth...

First time having their wonderful BBQ. Had their Sunday Special. $12.95. 2 Piece BBQ Chicken Meal with delicious Corn Bread, one side and 24 ounce Coke. I chose their delicious Smoked Gouda Mac N Cheese for my side. Had their Chicken with the Original BBQ sauce which was very good. Tried their 2 other sauces. Habanero BBQ sauce and their Spicy Reaper BBQ sauce. All 3 sauces are tasty. Good Corn Bread. Had their Banana Pie Pudding Cup $4.95 for dessert. Great meal that didn't break the bank. They do charge a 3.25% fee for paying with cards. Will return to try additional items. They are located at 360 Highline Dr, East Wenatchee, WA 98802. Entrance is off 3rd Street west of Round-About near Costco. They are next to D&D Car Wash. Order inside and pick up food outside from their food trailer. Some outside seating. Expanded inside seating. Open Tuesday - Saturday 11am-8pm. Sunday 11am-5pm....

Wednesday is Smash Burger day!! Bubba J's started in the food truck and the food (which is spectacular) is still made there and it is good!! This is a great place to get some BBQ and the sauce tastes just different enough to make it that much better than any of the others around. Whatever it is, Randy and Angela have nailed it! The food is incredible and that's saying something because it can be a challenge with BBQ. This is a great place to meet clients, come yourself and bring the family. There are lots of cool decorations that kids will love. I mean, who doesn't love little pigs?! Also, their T-shirts read Bacon is my spirit animal on the back. Maybe you can relate to that lol. Thank you Bubba J's for opening up in the building and we'll be meeting clients here more often! And you might run into Manny Navarro while you're there. He's one of the most friendly people...
