I pulled into the drive-thru at 4:40 p.m. today , sat there and sat there, no one asked to take my order, so I yelled "Hello",finally a girl came on that sounded irritated that I wanted to order something, making it clear that I was somehow bothering her....

So I finally get to order- one vanilla milkshake. Shouldn't be too tough, right? There were two cars ahead of me. At 5:02, I was still two cars behind and by now was running late, but there were cars behind me by this time, and then I was stuck, couldn't leave as there is only one lane and no room on either side.

There was a guy at the window that was obviously not happy- could see him waving his hands and pointing at the drive-thru girl. I watched him take a bag of food, then give it back to her, then take it back. Then he handed her something, and she gave his something else...... then he continued to yell at her.... Finally I started honking my horn to get this guy to go- I mean if you want to rip into her or the manager that bad, then park your car and go inside! Finally he leaves!!! Yay, we are making progress!!

More time goes by, I finally get to the window, and this chick looked at me and said $4.34 (or whatever it was) and acted like I was bothering her. No apologies about the wait, not even a smile or greeting. By this time I just wanted to go, I've been there for damn near half an hour for a stupid shake, already late and ticked off. So she hands me the shake, of course it's chocolate, not vanilla. (This was for a sick kid, otherwise I would have just taken the chocolate one and counted myself lucky), so I hand it back and request to get the kind I ordered and paid for. The girl looks at me like I just asked her to make me 10 of them or something.

Finally at 5:12, I get the shake and get out of there..... I will NEVER go back there again. I know that the kids that work there probably don't care about customer service, they just want to get their paycheck like everyone else, but that was ridiculous. Are there any ADULTS...

I wanted to have a good experience this time, but it's always something. From the long wait to the messed up orders, I doubt I'll be back for quite a while. In the drive through, we ordered the number 13 with a substitution of onion rings instead of regular fries and we also ordered two tacos. Simple right? I guess not. After the always long wait ,I get our food through the window and immediately have my daughter check. The bag had the chicken fries, but had regular fries instead of onion rings and my two tacos were missing as well. I pull around into the parking lot and go into the building and wait, again, until it's my turn at the register. I tell her my situation and instead of saying "I'm sorry to hear that" or "let's try to make this right for you" the first words out of the cashier's mouth were "can I see your receipt". I told her I did not get it with my bag but I had literally just gone through the drive through. I wait, again until she talks to the guy working the window and finds my receipt and he acknowledged that it was supposed to be onion rings and tacos. She comes back and says they'll get my onion rings but they forgot to charge me for the tacos so I need to pay for those to get them. I'm furious at this point and told her that they screwed up and those tacos need to be complimentary at this point. She says she needs to go talk to the manager. I wait, again. She comes back and doesn't say a word to me. She reaches in the bag and throws away the regular fries and then yells to the cooks that she needs onion rings and tacos. I wait, again. They didn't have either tacos or onion rings ready. I finally get my correct order and only at this point does she speak to me and snottily says, "have a nice day". Me and my boyfriend placed an online order about 15 minutes before showing up and waited about another 5 before I got to the window. A girl who was the only helpful one gave us our drinks and said the food will be right out. I wait another 15 minutes before our food is handed out by the manager and he instantly shut the window so I didn't even get to ask him for our sauces which were missing. He then stares at me like he wants me to leave and I shouted "where's my sauces". He then hesitantly walks up to the window to hand them out like he knew they were missing and was annoyed he had to hand them out and instantly shut the window again so he didn't have to deal with us. It's ridiculous I waited 15-20 minutes in the window when I had already placed the online order 15 minutes prior. And of course my boyfriends burger and our fries were barely even warm and some of my chicken nuggets were missing breading like they were stuck together and then picked apart. Even my mello yello soda was more carbonated water than anything, I could barely even taste the soda. It's more mellow than yellow😂.
