Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in East Wenatchee

Every time I go threw their drive thru I also get rude looks, no body treats you with kindness, and also they always mess up my order! As an example last order i had I asked for a box of biscuits and three 5 layer burritos with no sour cream! Due to my brother not being able to have dairy products so what do they do? Add extra sour cream! I was furious on top of always paying extra up charge for the meat and chicken on the burritos that never happens! And my crunchy tacos are always on the bottom of all my food then hey become soggy grease drink gross! As for my biscuits they were also missing out of my order which I had noticed when I came home, I even asked the employees at the drive through to make sure of the no sour cream and my biscuits hey said ya it's there. They would rather sit here and talk and laugh and mess around then doing their jobs! I've had to call compare to get things resolved. The manager reassured me things would change but guess what tried it one more time tonight and yet I paid for something that I didn't get. They ended up giving me someone else's order so frustrated! When I called down to the restaurant they laughed at me and said to call back tomorrow! They didn't even take my name down or anything! All the other times I've called down due to my order being incomplete and or messed up they've taken my info but no! Don't go here unless you want messed up rude customer service and wasting your gas to drive back down there for your food!...

The East Wenatchee KFC/Taco Bell has been absolutely atrocious every single time I have gone. I have never received my order properly made (no tomatoes is not hard) and I have never been treated with good customer service (honestly, by far, one of the worst spots in the valley as far as customer service goes). The few times I have gone to this location was out of convenience and the staff always manages to make it an inconvenience, to put it lightly. The bow on top of the cowpie that is East Wenatchee KFC/Taco Bell is the fact that I paid +$16 for the exact order I pay under $12 for in Wenatchee. As a customer, you are better off going to Wenatchee KFC and Wenatchee Taco Bell. The quality of food and service is much better at the Wenatchee...

If I could review this any lower I absolutely would. I'd just like to start off by saying i am a HUGE fan of taco bell which is why I feel so absolutely obligated to review the one in east wenatchee.
