Alright, this is another Chipotle I'm writing off completely. I only ever come here for pick up and on a good day my experience is below average and on a bad day its just horrible. A few months back (in one of our rare snow storms) I walked in to order two bowls for my kids. I was told they're out of bowls (the physical containers). I look at another counter and see them using bowls and I said it looks like you guys have them right there. I was told they can't use those bowls for walk in customers they are for online orders only. WHAT??? How does that make any sense? I asked to speak to a manager and with an attitude even worse than the employee she indifferently told me the same thing, and walked away. What a waste of a trip in the middle of a snow storm just to get treated horribly. A few weeks ago, my kids want Chipotle so I drive all the way to this location -- lights are off and a hand-written sign on the door that says closed. Google maps indicated open. Another waste of a trip. Today I go in and order...2 bowls. I asked for extra rice and was told that if its more than two spoons they charge extra at this location. I told the worker that doesn't sound right and he informed me that this is one of the few locations that DOES charge for extra rice. Fine, they start making the bowls and...no cheese. Seriously? This is a main ingredient. And there's no explanation or anything... Just "sorry bruh...no cheese." And for the grand conclusion of this trip, the amount of food in the bowls was less than half of what used to be "normal" from my many experiences. That's ridiculous. If I'm able to pull off the top of the bowl after a trip in the car and it is still perfectly clean, that's a problem. Very obvious they are putting in micro quantities, probably in some cost cutting measure. I don't know, maybe my expectations are too high. Maybe I've just been around long enough to remember Chipotle when it was, you know, good. Whatever the case, my multiple experiences at this location tell me there is a pretty big underlying issue, and my assumption is that the manager with the attitude along with possibly a broader corporate issue are to blame since all the Chipotle locations around me have gone downhill. So long Chipotle, it was good when it was good, but I'm done. First the one in Exton went down, and now this one. I will absolutely NOT be returning here. Good luck with your cost cutting and your unfriendly and indifferent attitude. You just lost...

I strongly urge you not to visit this Chipotle location.
On 7/3, I witnessed an incredibly disturbing incident involving the manager, Cole, that left a lasting impression on everyone present.
A woman and her young daughter (around 7–9 years old) were ordering a bowl when the woman politely asked if the burnt remnants of chicken at the bottom of the pan could be replaced with fresh chicken. Cole, the manager, refused. When she explained that she and her daughter were willing to wait the 20 minutes for fresh chicken, his response was combative and aggressive. Instead of simply accommodating the reasonable request, he began slamming utensils and food around in the kitchen in full view of the guests.
The woman calmly told her daughter that the way they were being treated was not okay — which it absolutely wasn’t. At that point, Cole came out and told her he would not serve her. When she asked if someone else could assist her, he still refused. She even asked if he would at least serve her daughter, who was hungry, and again, he said no. He then asked if anyone else wanted to be served. None of the seven people in line (myself included) remained. We all left.
And then, shockingly, Cole called the police on the woman. Yes, he called the police on a mother and child simply because she asked for fresh chicken and said she would wait.
When the police arrived, Cole suddenly brought out three more employees from the back to help. This is something he could have done earlier to avoid all of this and provides even more clarity to his actions. I cannot say for certain, but it’s hard not to notice that the woman and her child were people of color, and the situation felt even more troubling in that context.
My wife and I stayed to give a statement to the police, affirming that the woman did nothing wrong and that the manager's behavior was entirely out of line. His treatment of a paying customer (especially a mother with her child) was disgraceful, aggressive, and unprofessional on every level.
Please do not support this location. I hope Chipotle corporate sees this and takes appropriate action. No one should be treated this way, especially not over a simple, respectful request.
If the owner, GM, or corporate want to talk about this leave...
Read moreIn the beginning this place was well organized and ran smoothly. Over the last few weeks to months the service is horrible. I went in a month or so ago didn't know they were credit only. I was told they couldn't give me 98 cents back. They were out of coins well can you round up? No that was impossible as well. Seems like every time I go in they are always out of something from dressing to peppers and onions or mild salsa. The dressing portions are a joke as well. That's at almost every chipotle. I went in early evening asking for dressing for salad they were all out and wasn't making anymore. Then wanted fajitas for my salad it was like maybe a pinch and they were burned up. The chicken was dried out. I told them I changed my mind due to everything being out at 3:45 - 4 pm. I asked were they closing early or refilling items the answer was no. I go in getting the same salad maybe biweekly each time I go the portions are different or the price is different. I'm charged extra for guac and queso but get half of serving. I'm like why is the price different again. Sometimes you go in and there are workers doing their best working hard and then there's 3 people looking at phones or talking and laughing. One guy was struggling to ring someone up asked for help they never moved. Yesterday I went in and to my surprise doors locked and signs stating everything is online. It was about 5 unsatisfied customers leaving saying they are going elsewhere. This chipotle needs to get back to the way they were right now they are...
