Placed a large order online the day before for a party of 30 people. Delivery was supposed to be at 11am.
I tracked my order online which appeared to be on pace to arrive on time.
I called about 10 minutes after 11am and was on hold for 15 minutes. Learned quickly that they do not answer their phones at this branch.
I drove to the store after 11:30 where I found the pizzas were sitting there.
The person that worked there said that he didn’t speak English. When another employee came in I asked why they wouldn’t have updated me that there was a delay - to which he responded that the other employee doesn’t speak English so he couldn’t communicate with me that the food was going to be late. Not a valid excuse in my opinion. I actually don’t think they would have delivered it…
When I asked for them to make it right, this employee became aggressive in tone in an attempt to intimidate me and saying he didn’t have time to deal with me.
I left the store quickly with the pizza because I felt that this employee could become combative and I also had a party of 30 people waiting for food. I paid for a delivery fee & provided the driver a 15% tip in advance - which I’m not sure if I’ll be refunded for.
Lastly, the pizza was cold by the time I got it to the party.
I’ve tried to contact Dominos corporate office or a manager to make this right, but I continue to be put through to the store which of course does not answer their phones. I’ve spent 2 hours on hold collectively.

   Read moreI'll start by stating it was New Year's Eve. Placed an order online at 5:50. Order progressed and it finally was stated that it was out of the oven at 6:20 waiting for inspection. Of course I thought it would be delivered soon after but waited until 7:15 and when there was no signs of the driver I went to the store. Of course I neglected to state I was tested positive for COVID and should not have been out. When I got to store I tried calling to tell them I was outside and wanted my order- never got a human voice. I saw a delivery driver coming out of store and of course by now I was upset and demanded my order. I should not have taken it out on him as he was very polite and understanding but, I did. ( Since I had tested positive I made sure I never got within 20 feet of him or anyone else.) He went back into store and got my order, which of course was not even ready to be delivered yet. Got home and of course everything was cold. Now my complaint isn't about the length of time to deliver as it was New Years Eve, its that the order should not have been prepared until it was ready to be delivered and then it would have been hot. They canceled my order after they “tried to deliver” at 3:15 and then 4pm. Claimed no one was there. Checked my cameras and sure enough that was a lie. When i called to see if they could deliver after i placed my SECOND order the little boy who answered the phone acted like a complete moron and said “yeahhhhhh uh, um, i don’t know how to handle this i have to get the manager” bro, it’s a simple yes or no.

Manager was nice, I took fault bc i clearly didn’t see the option for delivery time but they never took fault for lying about how many times they attempted to deliver. Just kept lying.
