Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in East Windsor Township

First time here and my mom comes here quite often. We were being helped by the most RUDE and impatient manager who I posted here. He snapped at us and said “Now I asked you ladies if you wanted anything else before you said NO”. Meanwhile when he asked us before when we wanted anything else we did tell him what we wanted he was too busy speaking to another worker and snapping at said worker as well and embarrassed him in front of all of us. And after he snapped at us he completely walked away from us after telling us”well you have to wait now”. And after this, the customer behind us told us that he too heard us order our second item. This manager is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and down right NASTY to the public and even to the poor young kid working there who had questions who I’m sure may have still been new or just genuinely had questions. Whoever this manager is, should NOT be a manager here or anywhere for that matter. As someone who was a manager at two different stores, I would NEVER speak to my workers or customers the way this person did. How he got this position I have no idea, because he needs a lesson in management and a big self reflection on how to treat people in general. Do...

This shop is usually ran well, with some nice people but one employee on register is very rude. On April 26 at around 1pm I ordered through the app and got there 20 mins after my order was ready it wasn’t there other people were waiting for orders. I waited 10 mins they all left. New orders that weren’t mine came up. I asked about my order, employee on register asked around about it, then without saying anything to me continued ringing other people up, after ringing two people up without any update on my order I asked him about it again. He looked for order and said somebody must have picked it up and why did I come to pick it up so late, actually trying to shift blame on me for somebody walking out with my order. This is extremely unacceptable. He was unprofessional and rude about it as well. I will try Jersey Mike’s in east windsor once more. the short girl with green eyes and long black hair in the front that made my sandwich made it completely wrong, so terribly awful that it almost seems as though its not even my sandwich. so heinously horrific that its as if she considered every individual ingredient and consciously decided to replace it with the exact opposite counterpart. not a single thing in my order was made correctly. called back to ask if i could get it remade a few times, i was even willing to pay, and no one answered the phone a single time. if u wanna waste ur money on terrible service and horrible food this...
