Capriotti's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Easton

Love, love the food. I go here at least 4 times a month but my order is wrong 80% of the time, so for now on I check my food before I leave cuz I live bout 20 miles away. Also I always call my food in and yes I sometimes have a big order and when its big I always at least give them 20-30 mins cuz mind u they say 10 mins over the phone sometimes 20 mins. When I go in the store I have to still wait on the food I sat in there one time for 30 mins and I called ahead of time and no one was in the restaurant. It seems like its always a bunch of kids in there all the time........ update, 5/2/25 I called to place a order over the phone and was told to hold, I was on hold for about 5 minutes so I hung up and waited a couple extra minutes to call back,.I thought maybe they forgot I was on hold or they were busy, so I called back twice and It just rang and I called back a 4th time and told me hold again before I could even speak, so I was on hold this time for 7 minutes and I jus hung up the phone and ordered somewhere else, the customer service sucks here and it's sad that they are still having issues...

I lived in Delaware for 15 years and Capriotti's was our go to sandwich shop. We loved the quality and variety. When I moved to Easton I was happy to find a Capriotti's here - until I actually tried to get food. Twice we called ahead and while the sandwiches have gotten smaller and the price increased, the food was good. The next three times were not. I had stopped in without calling ahead because I was running around. Each time there was no one behind the counter and the person in the kitchen who looked directly at me, did not even acknowledge me or say "someone will be with you." A person did come out of the kitchen to the counter area but completely ignored me. The first two times I waited and finally someone came to take my order The third time I waited, was again ignored, and walked out. I will not be back. This Capriotti's needs to learn the meaning of customer service. No wonder the shop is devoid of customers when you go in. Unlike other Capriotti's which always have people eating or waiting to...

First prepare yourself to jump out of your shoes when open the door. They have a piercing door chime. Then I went to open the drink frig and another piercing sound to give you another jolt. Make sure your awake. Asked which sandwich was most popular and was informed it was the Bobbie. Like a Thanksgiving sandwich etc. I said ok. However, I was not impressed with it's non appealing presentation or the taste. Perhaps heating it up could have made a difference. In fact it gave me a substantial stomach upset. So, needless to say I won't be going back. Not to mention your high prices. I paid 2.79 for Small of chips and 3.49 for drink. Thank God the Sandwich was on the house because of a coupon. Oh yes the small Bobbie a whopping 11.79. If you don't believe me, try them out yourself. So disappointed ☹️ Oh service was fast and staff...
