I strolled into Docs December 29th after a major disappointment at a previous establishment. It was my birthday and I made all these expensive plans and reservations. Nothing worked out I was very disappointed. My friend suggested Docs. She told me about the great food, plus, the game was on so why not? As soon as we entered the bar we were greeted by Caroline. So refreshing being that our previous experience was terrible. Caroline quickly got out drink order and passed us some menus. Just through conversation, we mentioned that it was my birthday and we just had to leave a different establishment. She was so apologetic and assured us we were in great hands now. I ended up ordering the Rib eye egg rolls, compliments to the Chef. The bar started to pick up and Ed was right there. Ed definitely had Caroline's back and together they were a great team. I think Ed might have been the manager however he was not afraid to get his hands dirty. There was never an empty glass, or dull moment. Dishes were cleared immediately and we were never out of site out of mind, even though they were pretty busy. One of my guests walked in with a Birthday cake and Ed was kind enough to have it cut for us. They lit the candles and we all sang. It was a really good time. At the end of service Caroline and Ed both thanked us and wished me a happy birthday. I can honestly say, I had the best birthday I've ever had at Doc's I'm so happy my friend suggested this place and I'm so full of the fact that Caroline and Ed really took the time to make me feel special. Now THATS the ultimate birthday present....

This is our new favorite place to eat. Love, love, love this place! We ate there once about 7 months ago maybe while we were in town and have been thinking about it ever since, wanting to go back and dine there again. We finally got the opportunity to go back last weekend. And it did not disappoint. The food there is excellent! Absolutely delicious. It also didn't take very long before it was on the table in front of us. And the service both times we've been there was some of the best service we've ever had anywhere. We were able to watch a number of sporting activities on various TVs scattered all around the place, but there were also places within the restaurant that you could sit and not be bothered by anything on the TVs. There is both seating in the bar area and seating outside of the bar area, as well as some seating outside (at least there seems to be in the warmer months). The restaurant was very clean. The floors and tables weren't sticky. The atmosphere was somewhere between very casual to business casual. Our waitress last weekend, (whom we can't remember her name bc my husband lost the receipt _ I'm sorry) catered to our every need. She went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was a 10/10. And it 100% was! Can't wait to come back to Easton so we can grab a bite to eat...

This was our first time eating here and were very much looking forward to trying the fare they had to offer. I give this place an overall 3 stars. Review of the food is a 4, review of the staff...well if you can do basic math then you know where they rank. Allow me to explain. My daughter ordered a cheesesteak. My daughter did not pay attention to the fact that it came with sauteed onions. My daughter does not like onions. So we called over the waitress to explain the issue and asked for another to be made without onions. My daughter mentioned she didn't see on the menu that it came with onions. I quickly interjected that I was willing to pay for a 2nd entree (since it was truly our mistake) but the waitress felt it was her anointed duty as a restaurant representative to menu shame my daughter by snatching up a menu from the poor unsuspecting patrons to the right of us and shoving the menu in my daughter's face, ferociously tapping away at the menu entry where it CLEARLY stated the cheesesteak came with said sauteed onions. You know, so my daughter would take to her grave the moment in time where someone of clearly higher intelligence had gotten the best of her. Eat at your own risk and you better be literate or this place may...

We took out Mom here for dinner. We had the crab dip, vegetable crab soup, fish and chips, wedge salad and the fish tacos. The crab dip was spot on, lots of crab and not too much cheese and the pretzels that it’s served with were a perfect choice. The soup was very good with chunks of jumbo lump in it. The fish with the fish and chips was large and cooked perfectly. The wedge salad was large and very good. The fish tacos were good but the fish was slightly overcooked. Our service was promptly and friendly. We will definitely go back. The only thing I would suggest is for them to move the supplies from the front entrance to the right when you step into the restaurant. It looks sloppy.

The restaurant was exceptionally clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful and the food was incredible. If you like to sit at the bar, there is a long bar area. You can sit to eat both inside and out. They also have tables that are at regular height and those ones that are taller with the bar stools with backs on the stools so there's a nice mix. There are large screens playing sports and music playing too, and nothing is playing so loud that you can't hear yourself think or hear the person to whom you are speaking. It is well lit, and the bathrooms are unisex and clean. If you go, you must try the crab dip with soft pretzels also the fish taco was really good.

This local pub has exceptional food, and a great wine list as well. the servers were warm and polite and knowledgeable about all the food and drink that they serve, everything came out looking just like my pictures it was great food for a Sunday night when we were just looking for some place on the way home. Doc's is just off Route 50 so it's a short detour away from the commercial chains and fast food. There's lots of on-street parking and you can't miss docs from the street. Since it is located downtown there are what appear to be really good restaurants close to the docks but we found Ox to be a great place to stop for a quick bite and then back on the road.
