Some of the most ignorant ill mannered employees I’ve ever come across.
Yesterday 10/29/22 as I sit in the drive through, I overheard the employee on the second outside ordering post talking to a customer horribly. The employee told the customer that they are not helping them and get out of line. As I pulled up to the first ordering post, I heard employees talking to each other back and forth very crude and vulgar over their microphones. The employees totally ignored me and I waited with my 5 year old as they finished their conversation and until they acknowledged me. Minutes later, an employee said to me “yea hello, what do you want”. I asked for a happy meal and a boo bucket if possible and the employee very rudely cut me off, “we out of ‘em”.
I know it’s fast food, and I’m not expecting the best service in the world. I can even look past not being friendly to customers or acknowledging them right away. However, at least train your employees to speak proper English while at work and not talk like their in the streets in front...

They gave us sweet ice tea instead of unsweet, they did that twice. So I gave them the drinks back after my husband had drank out of them, the woman put the drinks BACK WITH THE NEW DRINKS, I told them that he drank out of the cups and they had to throw them away! They acted like they DID NOT CARE! I told them twice that he drank out of them. Then they fixed another drink and I saw the same woman pick up the cup and taste it to see what it was! I told them we were supposed to get an unsweetened iced tea, finally they poured another one that was correct. This is a MAJOR VIOLATION OF HEALTH FOOD PRACTICES. SOMEONE NEEDS TO MONITOR THIS EASTON MCDONALDS. WE ARE CALLING CORPORATE IN THE MORNING AND MAKE...

Stop in the app isn't working semi normal no big deal, but then their ordering kiosk was also not working and loading the emdeal wrong. The front desk girl tried to help but didnt understand. So she gets the manager and the manager wants me to download and undownload the app. Again im in a rush and I have used this special and had multiple managers at the cambridge and kent island store the managers can manually put it in but she didnt. So the average of 600 a month I spend at the 3 local mcdonalds locations maybe start losing business. Not much but looking at the reviews this location isn't the best at helping... This location does have self refills that I do love so I dont have to wait for service to...
