We chose this place to celebrate our 8-year anniversary, and it turned out to be a truly wonderful experience. The space is small and intimate, like a cozy little snack bar. It has three tables for four, plus a high chair for our baby, window seating, and a few patio tables out front. The vibe is vibrant with a mix of modern and rustic decor, and lots of natural light pours in. It’s also connected to a cute little boutique, which adds to its charm. There’s a bathroom available for customers as well. My favorite part was the food. Our waitress did an amazing job explaining the menu and helping us understand all the different options. She made sure we knew exactly what we were ordering. When the food came out, we were blown away! I ordered the Deluxe Chipotle Chicken Crêpe and my partner had the Buen Día Toast. Both were packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. For dessert, we shared the Sweet Cream + Berries Crêpe, which was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. Everything was so good, and we honestly can’t wait to come back for more. I highly recommend checking their menu online beforehand to get a feel for what they offer. This place won’t disappoint, especially if you’re a...
Read moreI absolutely adore this establishment! This marks my second visit, and let me tell you about the culinary masterpiece that is the Roma dish—I'd go as far as to say it was better than heavenly, an absolute delight! The staff here embodies personability and liveliness, making my experience not just about the food but the overall atmosphere. They went above and beyond to ensure my order was crafted exactly to my liking, showcasing a level of attentiveness that truly sets this place apart.
The service, oh, it's a class of its own—second to none. The workers are not only friendly but also remarkably quick and attentive, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. If there were a way to break the conventional rating system, I'd easily give it 6 out of 5 stars! It's heartening to hear your call to support small businesses, and I wholeheartedly echo that sentiment.
Without a doubt, I'll be making a return visit. So, the real puzzle here is, with all these positive aspects, why haven't you already experienced the magic of this place? It's a culinary gem that...
Read moreThe food is indeed creative (for here), but draws on a long tradition. Unfortunately, the staff preparing the food appear largely ignorant and likely untrained in that tradition. Most aggregiously, the cheese was even hardly melted when it came off the wheel. Then we watched the staff press its semi solid form with their gloved hands onto the baguette. The baguette was soft and had no crustiness to speak of. Being a baguette is more than just having an oblong shape. All this could have been avoided with a little cultural education for the staff preparing the food. Words like Raclette have a meaning. Traditions evolve over long timescales to be tasty. If you want something novel and gimmicky, go for it. I give it an A- for concept, and a C- for execution. That said, the owner obviously knows the delivery is off the mark. She was very nice and listened when I calmly shared my viewpoint, though the staff appeared taken aback and somewhat defensive. I hope they figure it out. It's a nice idea, with nice people -- just disappointingly nowhere near living up...
