On Monday February 5th, 2024 10:30pm. I came to the wigwam bar that night to intentionally buy a burger because it was around decent time to still order a burger. I just asked the bartender if they had one of the grills open for burgers she said we do not have the grill open but, we do still have appetizers". I said "okay I'll do onion rings". So later I order myself a drink and I decided to go play darts and I played until probably 11:20. I find out that another customer orders a burger and she accepts that and remember she told me that they were not open, which sounded like all night so. I told her if the girlls were open she said "yes". In my mind when she told me that I felt very betrayed as a customer to someone who got of course turned down from ordering a burger. When she was able to order another customer a Burger I didn't feel like I wanted one because at the end of the day she now wants to open up the grill for another customer but not me. So coming to I asked her why she ordered a customer a burger and not me this was her sayings she said" it is the bartender's choice to have the grill or the kitchen open". I was okay with that I know a few bartenders don't have the Grill open when they bartend so I totally understand what she was saying at that moment. Then she went and goes." I'm just going to be honest the reason why is you don't tip me, im just being honest with you, I keep track of people who doesn't tip me". Now at that moment I literally had almost an anxiety attack and she gave me this reason for me to feel bad now,I am a very much regular person that goes to that bar especially during the summertime not as much as a winter because it gets cold outside. I swear to God!! I haven't seen that bartender since last year and the fact that she tells me that I have never tipped her is a lie. I don't understand what's the point to be tracking people like that. I've been going to that bar since I turned 21. Right now I'm 23, I started going there every time and I've done tipped all the bartenders even on their slowest days and I know I have done tip this bartender even on her slowest days. So after she told me that I really did feel like she was just complaining and being very Petty towards me, I also felt like I didn't want people to be in my money Pockets like that as well. So in the night I'm finishing up my first drink I told her "how do I make up for not tipping you". She told me "oh it's fine, you're fine don't worry about it. I'm working in this job that gives me $7 wage". With a snobby attitude, And I'm thinking in my head what I got to do with me. So in conclusion long story short for all the customers that comes to this bar let anybody know if anybody treats you like this because not all the bartenders are right!!! Happy Black...
Read more1 star: Needles in parking lot. Hard to get a drink.
Edit still 1 star: Second time here, they just randomly told me they were refusing to serve me. Didn't even get a drink
Edit edit once again still 1 star: Third time here because my friend told me I had the wrong bartenders. The blonde woman told me I couldn't get anymore drinks after 2 drinks.
Fourth edit: Only came back because it was a friend's birthday party. Turns out it was the same bartender that kept refusing me drinks and it was because she had a personal vendetta against me. Turns out the other bartenders are pretty cool and the one that refused to serve me quit. I'll up...
Read moreWe were not happy with the service we got, our waiteress was rude and acted like as if it were a burden anytime we asked for something. There were 4 of us, our salt and pepper shakers were completley empty. We came in for dinner and none of us got silverware. To get a coffee refill seemed almost impossible. We asked for knives, she asked "how many?" Really? There were 4 of us. 1 spoon, fork and knife per person should be automatic! Would have been nice to have spoons for the coffee as well. The waiteress was too occupied playing games at the bar with guys. I gave a 2 star because our food was good....
