Don't go here. Drive a little further to the next Chick Fil A. I dunno. I went to this Chick Fil A starving. I rarely go to fast food restaurants, but my daughter said it was good and the nutritional reviews are decent for FFood. I was happy because when I arrived it was not busy, so I sped right through and ordered decadently a grilled sandwich, fries and a tea with just a splash of sweet tea added. I raced home to enjoy the beautiful fall weather and my decadent little meal. I opened the bag to dig into my cardboard 'bucket' of fries. There were none. The golden colored, greasy little waffles that I had dreamt about as I raced home were non-existent. I asked for ketchup. Didn't they notice? It wasn't busy. Did they just forget? I looked at my receipt and I had been charged for the meal which included the fries. I called the store hoping gor a remedy for my disappointment. They promised they'd give me some fries on my next trip in. I won't have a next trip in. This was my one time, dirty little secret. My one indulgence that I had dreamt about the entire way home. I told the woman on the other end of the phone that I wouldn't be coming in. I don't frequent FFood places. She offered to refund my $2.34. TWO DOLLARS AND THIRTY FOUR CENTS. For an error on their part that crushed my dreams of this delectable little indulgence. My frothing at the bit as I raced down the street imagining the crunch and the grease and the salt bursting simultaneously into my mouth was all for naught? She had no pity on me. She did not offer to reimburse the $10.51 meal that had been ruined without the fries. It was disappointing. It was bland. There was no pizzazz. I took my $2.34. I'll never go back. Not ever...
Read moreI feel like Chick-fil-A stores are usually pretty consistent across the board. Yes, they're a fast food restaurant, but the quality and customer service is one step above the rest. This particular Chick-fil-A? Eh.
Chick-fil-A stores recently, as a whole, terminated spicy chicken as a breakfast option (because they apparently wanted to destroy my soul). They replaced the spicy chicken on a biscuit with a grilled chicken egg white on an English muffin. So now I like to order a completely customized breakfast: the chicken bagel breakfast sandwich with a grilled patty and pepper jack cheese. Other stores haven't blinked an eye when I order this amazingly delicious concoction. The first time I tried to order it here, I got a "We can only do grilled chicken on the English muffin sandwich." I, of course, asked for confirmation since other locations had been able to do this. After the person on the other end of the speaker box asked the kitchen, he let me do it. My sandwich had grilled chicken, but American cheese, not pepper jack.
Since that first time, I've received the actual English muffin sandwich, but with pepper jack cheese and I've gotten the bagel sandwich with grilled chicken, but with egg white. Not once have I received my correct order. Maybe it's because I grew up in a Starbucks world, where customizing every aspect of what you want to digest is completely acceptable, but this Chick-fil-A location clearly can't handle that.
This store is 2 blocks from where I live so I will end up there sometimes. However, there are stores closer to where I work which I definitely...
Read moreThe rudest employee I ever ran into. 9:30-ish PM, April 6th, 2024. She is lucky I didn’t get her name or I’d post it on here. Little latina, blonde/brunette striped hair, night drive thru. I can’t believe I’m even writing this knowing I’m such a busy person & don’t have time for nonsense, but I’m not gonna let this be. I ask her what the total is, “$9.66”. Okay… so I had her ‘$10.66’.. she wanna have the nerve to snatch the $10 bill from me & give me an attitude! She hands me back $0.95 —- I tell her this isn’t the right change, she says, “that’s what it is”. I get it y’all are busy but it doesn’t mean you have to treat the customer wrong & how ever you feel like. I then ask her for the manager, he come over politely & resolves the matter; but then the young girl wants to have the audacity to laugh about & at me with her other young employees. This will not be tolerated & corporate will be hearing from me in the days to come. The youth need to understand that it is a privilege & an honor to serve Chick-Fil-A food, & not just a game & how ever they fell like treating people. No complaints on the food, but the customer service has to improve & hiring to many youths in an environment like that is not something managers should just handle like nothing. Hiring should be taken seriously cause us customers should not be treated wrong knowing very well we are the one that put up the store net sales, net gross, & the income in every single one of...
