I have worked next to this location for 3 years and I have never had any issues, they have always treated me very kind and have always made my drink exactly the way I like it.

I went in for my usual drink and the girl immediately made me feel uncomfortable. I ordered my drink the way I usually like it and she just denied me and said she couldn’t modify my drink the way I like it. That there was no way she could charge me for the add on at the register, so I just ordered another drink. I was the only customer in the establishment at the time. I watched the girl make my drink and I guess she thought I looked away but I clearly saw her SPIT into my drink. When I confronted her about what she had done she denied it. I kept calm and asked her nicely if she could please remake my drink. She refused. I left without a drink and no refund. I told her I would be contacting management and cooperate. If I’m paying nearly $10 for a drink I would love to have it made the way I like it.

Since this incident I have called management and reported the girl, I have left messages with NO CALL back. I’ve called and emailed the corporate office multiple times still with no response.

I would have to say this is my favorite boba store in metropolitan Denver. There hasn’t been a drink that I didn’t like. I’ve tried the jasmine milk tea, freshly squeezed lemon jasmine green tea, strawberry lemonade, and their infamous bubble waffle. My go-to will always be the jasmine green tea, but I appreciate the variety that they offer. For the bubble waffle, there are two dipping sauces and one is definitely superior to the other. I just never remember which one so I always end up ordering both anyways. Fun story, I met a friend here and she told me that she’s not a big boba drinker. I was worried that she wouldn’t like the drinks. A week later, she had let me know that she has gone back twice since our first meeting. Needless to say, there’s something for everybody here.
