This gets a 5 star for Yahir and Yahir only. If that was his name. He worked June 27, 2022 at 8:20 pm. The girl at the window is clearly clueless and was talking how she wants to fight people and then didn’t know what our order was and there was only one other car there. Anyways Yahir steps in and you can tell he is still young and new to the work industry. BUT he handled it well, the girl at the window insisted on complaining and somehow blaming everyone else and never took blame and Yahir would close the window so us customers wouldn’t hear and she would open it again. Horrible service on her end, but Yahir was 10/10 on dealing with an air head. Not even mad just a funny situation. ON TOO IF THAT SHE ASKED US FOR TIP!! Lol...

Good smoothies, but they take a long time to get out to you. I've gone in person and ordered at the counter, and that took about 20 minutes for us to get our smoothies. If you think mobile ordering will get your smoothie in your hand faster you would be mistaken. Not once but twice its happened that I place an order and it's not ready on time. In fact the most recent time I placed my order and it wasn't ready until 20 minutes past pick up time, mind you I was only the 3rd car in the drive through and no one was in the parking lot... I'm definitely thinking twice...

Despite being on her own with several people in the drive-through and four customers inside, the lady who processed my order on March 31, 23, whose name I can't recall, shockingly provided us with the best customer service. She was dealing with a lot, that I wanted to help her since she had a huge order after I was given my smoothie. She maintained her cool, was nice, and knew how to handle the situation she was put in. I was surprised she took a lot of orders by herself with no manager or workers by her side. She deserves some type of raise for adequate...
