Fratelli's Pizza — Restaurant in Edison

When I met my wife in 2012 she brought me here. It was amazing! Hands down top 5 best pizzas I have ever had we even brought a pie home for our family it was so good. In fact we actually searched for homes in the area with hopes we would find one just to be close to Fratellis.

Well this place has been under new owners for 5 years now and let me tell you this is NOT the same place I came to almost 7 years ago and everything about it says so. It feels different inside, the guy serving the pizza reminded me of an Albanian mob boss who who literally couldn’t name one slice of pizza before him (seriously I asked him 2 different times what things were and he gave me answers only to be corrected by another employee there) this place felt dirty - the pizza was trash - we literally threw it out it was so bad!!!!!!!!!! SO BAD!!!!!!!

The nicest thing inside this store is their Clover POS machine - I noticed it and thought “of course they invest here this collects the money”

Guys - when you buy a business like this and it’s deeply enrooted to the community you have a JOB AND A DUTY to keep it that way and Why!? Because the old fratellis was 1000000x better then the shell of a pizzeria you created. Glad we’re not...

First of all, don’t know how this place got 4 stars. Food wasn’t great and customer service was TRASH. Walked in and waited almost 10 min just to be asked what I wanted when the guy in the front was literally looking at me waiting and didn’t even bother saying “one sec” or “be right there”. He was putting bottles in the fridge which could’ve waited a minute because the place was completely empty. Then another guy from the back finally came to the front right when 2 other people walked in and talked so rude like he was offended that there were people there waiting lol such a trashy place that needs to be renovated as well.
