Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Edmond

Nice drinks + deals as always. The person who took our order was nice, patient and overall good. But the two girls inside making the drink, making comments, looking at us weird even tho all we did was waiting in our car for the drink. The girl with the nose ring that gave us the drink said “this is your drink”, I said “thank you”, of course she didn’t say anything and just walked. I stayed there because we had another drink. She said “oh is that one yours too?” I said yes, then I asked “can I have a small cup of whipped cream?” She was confused on what I’m saying or what she’s suppose to do. “A new drink?” “No just a cup of whipped cream” “on your drink?” “No just in a new cup”. And after she was laughing with the other girl inside, she gave me a cup. I said “thank you”. Before we even left, that I haven’t rolled up my window yet, she throws out “why she got an attitude?” Loudly, laughing with the other girl. If you can’t even be polite to a customer asking a basic question, maybe you shouldn’t be working a serving or customer service job. No wonder all the other reviews criticize the service and praise the drink. I visited Dutch Bros for the very first time in my life Thursday, August 17. Grant and the drive-thru ladies were phenomenal! Grant took my order and recommened an Americano for me to try. I mentioned stopping here unexpectedly on my way to get coffee beans (since I was out at home and prefer starting my mornings with coffee) so I figured Dutch would be a good place to try. I wasn't expecting anything at all.

I was not hoping for a free drink; I just wanted a hot coffee with cream and sugar to keep me awake and alert in this beautiful world while I had to go adult at the grocery store. Grant said, "Welllllllll, since it's your very first time here, here's an Americano on us!"

I said, "Wait, why? Are you sure?? Why??" before saying thank you a lot.

I didn't see a tip jar at the front window. I wish I was able to leave something for the crew because they were great, y'all. The service was quick and efficient. AND the coffee was delicious. Just the right amount of cream and sugar without the coffee spilling over. It also wasn't too hot either.

Fun delicious flavors listed on a menu that is easy to read. Dutch Bros has an easy to use app that is worth your time to download because they will send you a free drink of any size on your birthday. Their sizes even seem larger then other coffee shop competitors that are right across the street. Plus this location actually appreciates their customers and wants customers to visit. I say that because they have two picnic tables located directly in front of the ordering window when their across the street competitors have removed all seating. They also have an easy to find and access drive through and are well lit up at night, unlike their competitors that keep the lights turned down low and look closed all the time. This location even plays some awesome tunes that are not to loud. They are even ♿️ wheelchair friendly and have two handicap parking spots located directly near the ordering window. The parking lot and sidewalks are also on even ground with no curbs or steps. Their customer service is always on point and the baristas are friendly and helpful with good vibes all around.
