I only put one star because negative stars was not an option. Worst store experience ever......I just visited the Edmond Oklahoma Kay location which is where I usually go. I had gone in to get my 6month jewelry inspection for all my pieces as well as a repair on a sapphire ring that I had just had repaired in January 2022 when I had my jewelry inspected last time, we were not greeted when we walkwd in like we usually are. The manager (Kelsey Wegmiller) was very very rude and told me all of my pieces were not showing in my jewelry box, I overlooked it and explained to her where and when I bought each piece and that we had supposedly had this corrected on a previous visit (before the January visit) she continued to have attitude and told me that none of my pieces show being inspected since 2020, even though most of them had even had repair since 2020. She told me that none of the previous employees had logged my cleanings or inspections so I would have to pay for repairs on any pieces except the sapphire ring that was repaired in January. I asked her how her employees negligence was at all my fault especially since she could see I was there in January. She got very rude and told me that was not her problem that previous employees had not logged the inspection. I continued to try to show her proof that I had kept up with my inspection and repairs and she said she don't care since they were not logged. During this time another employee was cleaning and inspecting my jewelry. After the worst visit to a store ever I agreed to get the repair on the sapphire ring again, same one as January and I would contact customer service regarding the other inspections. She gave my jewelry back and my repair receipt was kinda flung at me and I left. If I am not mistaken yet again I visited a store got my jewelry inspected and cleaned, was denied the right to get the repairs that I purchased the guarantee for, and I did not see her or the other person log my inspection. WORST VISIT EVER. My husband was ready to just return all of the jewelry purchased just to never have to go to a Kay ever again, I have never been treated so rudely in my life for someone else's error and negligence. I will be going online to do a review regarding my visit, no customer deserves that kind of treatment especially when they can prove they had regular visits and repairs. (Manager was also dressed very inappropriate for her...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of working with Rebekah at the Kay Jewelers in Edmond, and I cannot express how truly grateful I am for her exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, Rebekah exuded a sense of calm and genuine care that immediately put me at ease. Shopping for jewelry, especially for significant occasions, can be overwhelming, but Rebekah's patient and understanding demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. She listened attentively to my needs, offered thoughtful suggestions, and never once made me feel rushed. Her knowledge of the jewelry was impressive, but it was her warm and compassionate approach that truly stood out. Read moreThe only reason Kay Jewelers got one star was because they cleaned a ring or two. My husband and I were very disappointed in the customer service. We were not treated with the respect nor good customer service at this store. Don’t judge a book by its cover because you never know what a person's bank account has in it and how much of it the customer is willing to spend in your store. I expected a better experience at the new location of Kay Jewelers in Edmond, OK but then maybe my expectations were set too high. I went to a competitor in Weatherford OK and was treated very well and they made sure my selections and purchases I made were what I wanted and that I was a satisfied and happy customer. Maybe Kay Jewelers should send some of their sales associates there to get re-trained on how to...
