When I went in Saturday morning to grab game-day gear, there were four employees standing up front just chatting and on their phones. Boxes were scattered around with shirts inside that I really wanted to buy. I asked the girl at the front if I could purchase one, and she turned to what seemed like the manager behind her. Instead of addressing me directly, the manager told the employee (while I was standing right there) that the shirts would be online in the coming weeks and weren’t priced for in-store purchase yet. Honestly, I thought that was pretty rude.

Maybe there isn’t enough room for product or the shirts weren’t processed yet, but with four employees just standing around, it felt ridiculous that I couldn’t purchase something sitting right in front of me—just because it wasn’t marked. It left a bad impression, and unfortunately, I won’t be shopping...

We started at Penn Square finally, with much difficulty, found the Edmond store. We asked the young black male clerk if there were any discounts or coupons on my high-priced item? He immediately said "no". A young lady who was apparently a clerk also told the male that we could use a 20/20 coupon, saving us some money. The male did not know how to enter the information into the POS terminal so the young lady assisted him. Rally House has an absolutely unbelievable amount of merchandise for the floor space they have. It's great for having the best selection around, but not great because everything is so packed in. I've learned to shop the store online, then go in and tell an associate what things I want to look at. They know right where everything is, and then I can make my final selection quite easily.
