Remix Ramen — Restaurant in Edmond

I happened upon this place on a cold day looking for something hot a delicious. That’s exactly what I found! I ordered the house ramen and when it came, I was kinda blown away by the presentation. I ordered extra noodles and being a big dude, it the perfect amount of food.

The pork belly was tender and savory. It fell apart the moment I touched it with my chopsticks.

The broth was chicken based and tbh, I’ve not been a fan of chicken based broth in the past, but I have it a try and it was fantastic.

The atmosphere is a cute, little hole in the wall feeling place. But, it is clean and comfy.

We were anticipating 5 star based on a recommendation....the food was good but spicey chicken ramen was overloaded w/ chili oil. The presentation was beautiful w/saffron fronds. House Ramen however was amazing!!! What we thought was a bummer was no crab for crab Rangoon Nachos on a Saturday..how does that happen....go get some more crab @ the store? Made it into their first day of official business and I was excited! This small spot in the Edmond Railyard really packs a flavor punch. The whole meal was a new experience for my taste buds. The sando was a mix between a regular chicken sandwich with pickles and a traditional Asian sando. The sticky fries are my favorite crinkle style fries with a tangy taste. Dip them in some of their spicy ranch and you have a winner! Can’t wait to return and try all of their ramen...
