Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Edmond

This place is a mess. After waiting for 15 minutes in the drive through for my smoothie, I gave the girl my card. She fiddled with it for about 5 minutes and then leaned out and said that they don’t take swipe cards. Their machine doesn’t have an option to swipe the card.

I understand that swipe cards are not as common as they used to be as more people use cards with chips, but you should be able to accommodate multiple platforms of payment at your business.

The little girl was sweet and as accommodating as she could be. It’s unfortunate she’s working for a business that isn’t fully competent.

I recommend this place if you have an ample amount of time to waste waiting for your order and make sure you have a card with a chip or cash bc they won’t be able to serve...

The older lady that works the window is rude. Last week I was getting my to go order which I was a returning customer when either cause of lack of manners or just no professionalism I was asked a personal question about a medical condition which the "smart' person working the window assumed she knew my condition. Oh and there was no "hi" or "hello " she asked me a personal question that is none of her business. I have contacted your corporate office cause your window person regardless if she is a manager or just someone who thinks their opinions matter but your employees need...

First time visiting this Tropical Smoothie. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and it was lacking that buffalo flavor. It was just okay, nothing special. The young lady who took my order was friendly and efficient and the store appeared clean. Drive-thru was closed for some reason, so I just went in. I will probably try it again and order something different. I've tried many of the other locations and the food has always been delicious, so I was a little disappointed. I've ordered many office lunches from other locations and coworkers raved...
