Placed an order online this morning, go to pick it up and half the staff is in the lobby goofing off. The one lady who opened and had been their super early was not looking happy as she was about to leave but no one else was working.
I ordered $40 dollars worth of breakfast sandwiches for the fast pickup thing. I get there, my order says done, so does 2 other peoples, but the orders are no where near. One guy is waiting for a begal and coffee and is complaining bes been waiting 25 mins.
Some time goes by, still waiting for my completed order when finally someone comes to the front of the store and asks if I need help, I just say waiting for my order. Person looks at me and says Good.
Finally, my order us ready, and now im late so I have to grab it and run. When I get back to the house, instead of giving me what I ordered, the lazy people who rather be goofing off instead of my making my food, gave me all the same sandwich and wrote modified on my receipt.
Funny this is, the people who ordered in store came in and ordered the sandwich I wanted and they made it for them
For me, I got 4 chibbata bread egg and cheese sandwichs. Def not what I ordered as me and the fam HATE chibbata. Sorry, if I wanted an all bread sandwich id have had my kids cook.
We ended up throwing the food away (god what a waste) and decided to go to Starbucks and McDonald's. Got what we wanted, but really pissed I had to waste $40.
I already emailed corp with screenshots of the order vs pictures of the receipt. I dont expect anything from a PoS company like this.
First and last time at any Penera. Never again will I eat there after being ripped off because the staff is to lazy to make the...
Read moreI have to write a review for this place even though I hardly write reviews online. I work in the restaurant industry as a server and I love the way I was treated yesterday at this Panera Bread location. I lost my house keys by my own neglect, leaving them by the ordering kiosk and not thinking to check there after I concluded my lunch. I freaked out and slightly snapped on whichever wonderful blonde woman was leading the charge of the shift. I felt awful for it and apologized profusely, but I felt it would be necessary to write this review a day later, to thank whoever that woman was and to thank everyone there for being kind to me in the face of well, a lot to deal with. I have lost my keys a couple times due to being careless and too focused on other things, and that happened yesterday again lol! Thank God I was able to recover them and everyone who worked at this Panera, as well as all the other guests, were receptive and kind to me, even helping me look for my keys as I expressed a strong level of worry for my situation. So grateful for that! I needed it yesterday.
Oh - and the food and service was a 10/10. I got an Italiano and switched up some ingredients and the aforementioned woman who helped me and seemed to be the manager-on-duty (although I can't confirm that), didn't make me feel bad for trying to get my food just like how I like it. Instead she welcomed my requests and we got to share our experiences of working in the restaurant industry....
Read moreAfter a long day at work, the last thing you want to do is drive 20 minutes to return a wrong order. I usually double check my order, but it was a very challenging day and I was exhausted. I've been dissappointed by this store before but this time was just ridiculous. Just imagine my frustration when I got home to enjoy one of their warm bowls(Baja bowl). As you can see, I was greeted with a cold, lousy looking and missing key ingredients, dish. Was there corn salsa?? Nopes. Beans, were they in there?? Negative. When I returned, I was told that it was in fact the correct order. I was like NO sir, there's no corn salsa or beans. The manager (great customer service) however, corrected the order but said to me that they literally got the ingredients 2 minutes ago and I should've been told that they didn't have it. What??? So u scrape the bottom of the pan and serve someone a cold, half-prepped bowl?! Would you just give someone a cheese sandwich when they PAID for a turkey and cheese??? Come on now. $12 might not be alot, but I definitely was not happy. In the end, apologies were made and I got the correct bowl. But I'm now venting because look at the pics!! It's a shame! Clearly it was given to me (the incorrect one) purposely. Because you can't look at that and think it is ok to serve that to anyone. They need refresher training, to AT LEAST not serve crappy and wrong dishes to a paying customer. CHECK YOUR ORDERS...
