I had in interesting experience at this location. I was waiting outside the dressing room, while my wife tried on some clothing. While there, I overheard the attendant and two other employees complaining about their working conditions and other employees. They expressed remorse at not getting paid better, not being allowed more flexibility to determine their own hours, etc. Once again, I am astounded with the serious lack of professionalism that permeates our retail establishments. These ladies had a job, worked inside in a climate-controlled environment, and I'm quite certain had the ability to quit and go elsewhere. Instead, they complained in front of customers. I said “excuse me” to the employee so I could move my cart through the aisle, but she refused to move her cart out of the way, so I accidentally ran my cart into hers trying to get by. I apologized while this was happening and the employee said nothing, gave me a dirty look, and rolled her eyes and did not proceed to move. This was one of the rudest customer service experiences I have ever had. Especially with my toddler sister trying to look at the hair stuff she liked, which she was unable to do. Highly disappointed in this TJ maxx as I usually do not complain about these things. Please reevaluate some of...
