My husband and I along with our 11 year old grandson and12 year old niece ate at the Eldorado location today 06/11/2025. What a disappointment😕 when we went in we were asked if we wanted the pizza parade or to place an order. We told the cashier we wanted the pizza parade for 4. I paid her a little over $62.00 plus a tip. They told us to sit wherever we wanted. There was a few pizzas on the bar and the waitress said that we could get some of that and they would bring fresh pizzas shortly. We ate salad and a slice of pizza and waited for fresh hot pizza. We waited for about 20 minutes and finally I asked when the pizza would be out. We were asked if pepperoni would be ok and we said yes. The waitress went to the bar and got the few pieces of pepperoni that were left and brought it over to serve us like they do in the pizza parade. I said we want fresh pizza. We could have walked over there and got that ourselves. Needless to say they never brought out any pizza until we were getting up to leave and they brought out a dessert one. No one asked us if we needed refills on drinks. Both kids had to take their glasses to the counter for refills. After they got their own refills the waitress then asked if we needed anything. I was so upset. Larry’s has been good every time I ever ate there until today. We are not from Eldorado and drove an hour to eat there. We were all so disappointed. The food that we did get was not very good and the service was terrible. They were not even busy. Maybe twenty people total in the restaurant. There is no excuse for something like this to happen. We will...
Read moreLike thier food! Thier service is very good. But I am very disappointed that they sold my mother in law 200 dollars in gift certificates and didn't tell her they expired in 30 days! She is 83 years old and would not have bought them on December 6th to give us on Christmas! So when we got them they were over 2 weeks from expiring. We went to use one after Church and was told they were expired. I tried to to explain to the cashier and I was promptly told that my 83 year old mother in law should have told us they had a expiration date . Some one should have pointed that out to her when she purchased them given her age!!! There is no way she would have bought them knowing that when she gave them to us they were almost at the expiration date. And no we didn't tell her. It would have made her very upset ! She is the kindest person you will ever meet! We go there pretty often after church. But we will find somewhere else to go now ! I don't know if this was a mistake made by a worker. But that much money is a lot for the elderly. She will never know what happened because she would be so disappointed and embarrassed. So please when dealing with the elderly be kind and explain...
Read moreI placed an order online through Seamless, it's one of 2 services that they offer when you google them. First order charged my card and then app said cancelled. I called in and they said they don't use Seamless only GrubHub and Waiter (waiter does not even show as an option on Google). I then placed the order with GrubHub, since they claim that is what they use. The order does the same thing. Charges my card but shows cancelled. I then drove to the store because I have already paid over $80 and have no order. I went to store, ordered my food, which I probably should of just said screw it at this point. I am told at store there is nothing they can do about the other 2 orders. $120 for 1 large pizza, a small desert and some wings and because none of the orders went through I had to sit and wait for 20 mins to get my food. Absolutely not acceptable. I'll update if the manager actually decides to call and they choose to...
