Starbucks — Restaurant in El Monte

Horrible customer service. I came here with attentions of getting some studying done with a refreshing drink of caffeine to keep me awake. When I walked up to the cash register the cashier was writing something down, took her a couple of minutes to tell me anything. When she was done she looked up at me and asked what I wanted. I ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso grande. I paid and was told that my order would be called at once it was ready. In the mean time I set myself up at a table with my laptop and wait. 20 minutes go by and I haven't gotten my drink. I wait five more minutes then get up and ask one of the baristas if it would take a while longer for my drink. She informs that no order was placed for a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso grande. The barista walks over to the register to check and asked who placed my order. I pointed to the cashier who had pink strands on her hair and said she did. The lady with the pink strands made a face at me and told the other barista to make the drink. I'm usually very patient and like being understanding but that facial gesture was not called for. If there was an option to put 0 stars I would. The wifi isn't the best and the staff is rude to say the least. I came here the other day with my two friends and my dog but my dog has a stroller and i zip up the netting because she is my emotional support dog and some people ask to pet her and since she is also a rescue she gets a little nervous when people try to pet her. My dog is very quiet and well behaved, she never bugs anybody when i take her with me. Unfortunately we got kicked out because i had her with me. We had already ordered our drinks and out of nowhere one of the employees comes out from the back and comes up to us and tells me "sorry pets aren't allowed in here." I have very bad anxiety when it comes to speaking to strangers or even sometimes ordering food so all that came out from me was "okay.." and i had to go wait outside for my drinks. It was at night and recently its been pretty windy so we were all waiting outside in the cold because they decided to kick us out for my dog that wasn't even bugging anybody and she was in her stroller. I've been ordered ice venti mocha double blended no whip cream numerous times at this location. It has problem every time. Today is the most unsatisfied experience buying coffee in Starbucks in my life so far.

I drive thru and ordered two ice venti mocha double blended with no whip cream. It costs $10.10, and I pay $20.10. I get $2 back. I ask the lady did you tell me if it's $10.10? And I give her back $2. It's understandable everyone makes mistake, and I don't mind that. She hands me two 3/4 full cups with whip cream. I tell her I don't want whip cream and starting that she gives me the attitude. Someone else scope out the cream and I'd expect you'll fill those cups back to the venti size. It has never happened. That lady totally ignores me when I ask her why the size is so small. After handing me two"fixed" cups, she tells me I'm good to go. My change? Here you go! The lady hands me the change with attitudes.

If you want something outside the menu, this is not a driver thru you should go. Lesson learnt, I am hoping people will change, but...
