Yesterday, my fiance posted a review about his terrible experience. I'm going to add onto it, because I was the one who ordered the food. I went into the store in person, because its been awhile since I've eaten this food, and wanted a long look at the menu. When I walked in, there was a bunch of smoke filling the place. I guess someone burned something, the manager was getting on someone's case about it. The manager was also talking to his employees about one of them having "another hickey". To which the employee proudly announced that the hickey was still the same one from last time. I guess I should've noticed red flags of carelessness, but I was craving this badly. When I finally approach the register, it took awhile for "Destiny" to approach me, despite her standing right there, staring at the manager, until he abruptly told her to go help me. I ordered 2 chili cheese dogs, 2 corn dogs, & a bacon ranch chilli cheese fries for my fiance, and mini corn dogs with regular chili cheese fries for myself. She asked me if I wanted anything else after each individual order. It got annoying, but I shook it off because I was finally going to get my food. Except when I get home, my fiance finds hair in his! Even the damn corn dog! I didn't see any in mine, but I couldn't bring myself to finish. I called them, but their phone went straight to voicemail. So now I'm leaving this review, because the experience was awful over all. I felt even worse, because my fiance only got food from here, so I wouldn't have to make another food trip. He's never liked Wienerschnitzel to begin with. I loved it when I was a kid. Read moreI experienced some of the WORST customer service there today. The manager on shift was a girl with brown mixed with blonde hair and she seemed to not have control of anything whatsoever . They charged mine and my lady friends orders wrong, and were rude about their mistakes . I worst in fast food as well , and because of the way they treated me I didn’t even want them to charge me again , I ended up telling them you know what never mind forget the items you missed to put in my order I don’t want them anymore. They were really whatever about it , the employers didn’t wash their hands after touching money to make the food , another employee was in the lobby laughing looking at his phone sitting in a booth, we hadn’t been there in a long time and will never go there again . Read moreStopped by and picked up some food to take home and enjoy. Fortunately for me, I checked my order before leaving and realized they got the order wrong. I parked the car and went inside where I was immediately greeted unsatisfactorily. From the manager to the girl who took my order, somehow they made me feel like I was the one who made the mistake. I guess nowadays people are supposed to be okay with paying for things they don't order... it's sad that the employees don't seem to realize that the only reason they have a job is because people like me still go there and eat.
