So not gonna lie, this Arby's was my first ever "can I see the manager moment" (Kinda). I try not to be annoying and I always try and see it from the employees perspective more than my own, but man was this older blonde lady the literal opposite of having a good day. Her saying have a good day was probably the most forced thing I've heard in a long while.
Basically super summed up, for three orders of chicken and some sides, I was told the meal came up to 54 dollars, which I just took my order of chicken off since it was for my siblings anyway. But when I got my receipt, I saw three chickens, all different types and different places In the receipt. So I decide to go back and ask, to which the lady insisted there was only two, but I literally circled the three I was seeing and she kept pointing to two others than the one I pointed at. We went back and fourth but she eventually insisted on calling the manger, to which I said yes. And her response, of course, was slamming the window closed (lol)
Luckily the manager was a super chill dude and he understood my situation. He came out, explained it was supposed to be grouped together in the receipt but separated, and my total did make sense. He even offered me a free beef and cheddar which was really good. The food was great but cold cause of the whole ordeal, manager was a great dude and is the reason I'm rating service two stars, and the restaurant looks cool. But man that lady.. I understand days can be rough, but this lady alone ruined my mood so bad, I couldn't enjoy music on the way back home. That's how contagious her agitation was. I got taken to the most frustrating contact form ever, as it continued to reset and clear the top portion information as I entered other fields that opened smaller popups. Despite all of that, I refused to give up and I submitted a request for a refund of the charge that was Wrongly & Fraudulently taken. I also asked to be contacted about the situation. It's been 2 months and I haven't been contacted nor have I gotten any of the money back that was stolen.
Ask yourself: If they're cool with stealing from customers and ignoring legitimate complaints, how much could they possibly care about the quality of food they serve or about following basic food handling and storage laws?
The register is set to overcharge and the food has significantly decreased in quality. A roast beef slider on the menu board shows $1.39 each but we were charged $2.53 for 1! Take a look at the receipt, it appears like that's the real price! Now look at what we got for almost $3 each! It's Barely bigger than a Quarter! The wraps were essentially 1 chicken strip in a dry tortilla drenched in dressing. The food is just not worth it anymore. Add on the blatant theft and I'm done...
Read moreI visit Arby’s about 2 a week this Joe battle location is very convenient for me. Today we stopped by and my children love eating there and I was amazed at the cleanliness and service provided at this location as opposed to the other one I eat at from time to time as well. The staff is very nice and professional and the new establishment is very modern and nice. My kids loved the kids meals here and my personal favorite the Reuben was 100% to my satisfaction. We will return very soon as this location meets and exceeds my definition of great customer service and great tasting...
