Horrible place. I called at 7:00 pm on the phone. I ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread. My order would be ready by 7:30 pm. I arrived at 7:45 pm paid for my food to be told my garlic bread was not ready and would take time. As I waited I see employees horse playing as if they are children. I notice hair not properly put up, false nails on some employees and employees drinking while cutting pizzas. So I asked for a manager and I voiced my complaint. Got my money back on my bread and because they failed me said it would be free. I waited till 8:30 and still no bread. At this point Iām beyond livid. I left with my two pizzas. The manager thinks Iām going to stay later for bread. My son is autistic and wanted his bread and that is disappointing. I get home and had to warm up my pizzas to get a cardboard taste. Not appealing. I called the store to get name of the young lady in maroon polo shirt so I can include her name in my complaint but I was not given her name. Thatās ok I will just call corporate which I did and left a message. I will call health department again tomorrow morning to complain on the loose ponytails, nails and drinking soda while cutting pizzas. Very unsanitary and especially with Covid still happening I donāt understand how this behavior happens. Pizza didnāt taste good and not worth the price I paid for. Lots of unconcerned employees who just donāt care. Other locations are much better attitudes and care. I came to this location because I was pressed for time. But no more pizza here and Iāll just follow up with the health department and your corporate office. The one star was just because I had to leave a star. Not deserving of one star. I know itās late but hair and grooming should be consistent AT...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey provided a comfortable, pleasant, and safe environment. Despite all of the concerns with Covid19, we need to learn to adapt to ensure our health and well being. Peter Piper Pizza has done their part in attempting to offer people an opportunity to go out and eat and give families a sense of normalcy. They have done so in a responsible and safe manner. They have tables and games marked off to create social distancing. Every employee wore a mask. They also have employees walking around with disinfectant constantly cleaning off several of the video games, rides, and areas touched frequently by people. They also provide hand sanitizer.
We carry Clorox wipes and usually wipe tables and chairs down even pre-Covid 19, so we continued in our ways to stay safe and healthy. We washed our hands and then used hand sanitizer throughout our visit. We kept our masks on until we were at our table and eating. It wasn't what we were used to seeing. Peter Piper usually has much more people and some of the games we enjoy playing were not in use to adhere to social distancing. However, it still felt good to be able to go out and have some fun like we used to prior to Covid 19. We felt confident being there and they provided a clean, safe, and fun...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe place was lively. Kids running about and what have you. Typical for what the place is intended for. The pizza was not really the best tasting. It was a bit much on the grease that was left on top. The pizzas that were brought out you could tell that they just weren't really made all that well. Toppings were not evenly distributed or the lack of them played a key role in this. I know there's inflation and all but the cost of the games is a bit much. Theres a different variety which is nice but, the prices to play them not really worth it for the amount of tickets they give you to pick out what you want from the ticket reward part. That and the stuff is too many tickets to begin with. Back to the games, they didnt all work correctly . I went to ask for help multiple times for games that were stuck, didnt have the equipment, didnt work properly etc. The workers , if found, to help with the games at least refund you the points lost if there was a problem. It's neat how they do little events and fundraisers for school clubs and all, but i would probably never...
