Burger King — Restaurant in El Paso

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I came at night purchased a meal for my daughter and I and literally had to park and wait for it to be made. I received my food and drove home. Got home found the food was not fresh at all, I called that same night they told me they would take my name down and replace it, I don’t live close so I told them I’d come to pick it up another day. I came back today now because I’m in the area, they’re telling me they can’t find any name for me and because I don’t have a receipt they can’t help me. The person spoke with on the phone that night told me the reason y I had no receipt was because their receipt printer wasn’t working, which is why she was supposed to take my name and number down and tell her manager. I will never spend another dollar here and highly suggest nobody else...

I came in on July 24th around 4:30pm and ordered the simple chicken sandwiches as I usually get but as I was waiting for my order I saw that the people making my order were not wearing their gloves, as I watch them make my sandwich. I saw them put the gloves after I approached the manager and told her I wanted my money back and she asked me why. I told her that I saw the workers not wearing gloves and she right away told me they washed their hands before but how do I know that they did that, as I got my money back the manager never apologized to me, The workers didn't put their gloves on until after they finished making my meal by then. I already got my money back and left, I ended up leaving and going to another restaurant. I usually go to this Burger King because of the convenience being close by but...

Normally I don't rate fast food places because my expectations are always low, but man does this BK lower the bar even more. The last straw was today, I ordered my food, the cashier keeps me at the first window for about 7 minutes, and when he finally tells me to move forward, they still don't have my order ready. On top of that, the woman handling that window has a serious attitude problem, gives me my 3 drinks and doesn't offer a drink carrier, and when I ask her for one she makes a face and rolls her eyes as if I've somehow inconvenienced her...NEVER going to that BK again, I'll drive a little further to Wendy's where they at least show some kindness and respect. On top of that, if asked for no pickles on ONE...just ONE of the burgers, and they also couldn't...
