Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in El Paso

It's a sad sad day I will officially stop geting cold stone bc they are ripping you off bc they dont even fill your cup of ice cream all the way up like in there own pictures posted every where lol... there ice cream is already expensive as it is and I buy yhe love it and they would over fill it to put on the clear cover and now they fill it to the rim of the cup and all the pictures show at there store are Over filled come on man... and this wasn't just one time I went three different times twice to the one on yarbrough the first time they over fill the second time thats when they started to short you on ice cream so I went to the one on Zaragoza that was the 3rd time and the same thing...and remeber when they use to over fill and give you anything extra in a small cup well yeah they don't do that any more... I spend 30 bucks for 3 people that's alot for yall not to fill the cups up like in yiur pictures like yall USE TO DO. Total rip off I won't be goin back again...who ever is training yall needs to...

Honestly love the ice cream but customer service was not it. I wanted two ice creams on one waffle cup but she said it could not be done and that i had to get it on a separate cup and i was just asking a simple question without attitude and she just kept talking saying in attitude they weren’t allowed to do that and if not it would be extra charge which i didn’t mind. But the one serving me the ice cream didn’t hear me and i told her it was fine however and they did it how I originally wanted it . Then the topping on the ice cream were non existent. Then when we came to pay I tried paying in a 100$ and the girl that gave me attitude refused my money. I had to go find emergency cash in my truck to pay because she said they didnt have change but people were coming in and out of the ice cream shop….. will not be returning to...

This place sucks. It's overpriced and the staff is rude. We went in today only because my daughter recommended it. The restrooms in the plazita downtown are cleaner. My wife ordered a single scoop in a cone and the guy served it in a chipped cone, as a result, the scoop fell off and onto the floor. As a courtesy I cleaned it up because there were other customers and I didn't want anyone to slip. All 4 staff members just looked on as I cleaned it and didn't offer to clean it up. They charged us again to replace the scoop but they put it in a cup instead of a cone. I can't believe I still left them a tip. I basically tipped for incompetence. There are other ice cream shops around there like Dairy Queen, El Tropico, Freddy's and La Michoacana. It's no surprise other reviews complain about the service....
