Diego's Ice — Restaurant in El Paso

Usually not one to do this but it was mine and my boyfriends first ever time purchasing Diego’s Ice. We were super satisfied until I was about halfways with my shaved ice and I decided to look at my spoon just to find out there was a fly/bug at the bottom of my shaved ice. I happened to pick it up in the spoonful that I was about to put in my mouth. We instantly called and the phone just rang & rang. Decided to text the number and they called us back- was super respectful with the manager or whoever the male was until he doubted that such thing would ever happen. He was laughing the whole time. He claims he makes the shaved ice himself when he was outside on the phone the whole time we were waiting in line and ordering. Horrible management. I would recommend Diego’s Ice for its delicious food. However, be prepared for a LONG wait, both to place your order and to receive it, especially if there are cars ahead of you. During my last visit, I waited over 40 minutes. If you don't speak English, you might feel ignored by the cashier, who won't acknowledge you.
