Five Guys — Restaurant in El Paso

After walking around The Fountains for a couple hours, it was time find something to eat. There are PLENTY of choices. We settled on Five Guys. First time at this chain. I don't know where everybody else has been getting their burgers, but this is not the best burger out there. Single patty cheeseburger that was barely noticeable. With only ketchup and mustard, there should have been some beef flavor in there, but I couldn't find it. The fries are actually quite good. Order a small and get enough for 3-4 people. Value? Not so much. Even though the "portion" of fries was massive, the "small" was over $4. The single cheeseburger? Over $7! I'm sorry but if this the standard pricing for this chain, I hope their staff is getting paid really well. Go back? Nope. Not with all the other choices at...

Usually when i go, the cheese on my burger is cold and floppy, so on my recent visit which was I believe December 11th, I asked them if they can melt the cheese more, and they sure did. We took it to go, and It was absolutely delicious. That is until the night time came. I started with a stomach ache which only worsened through the night. I ended up with severe stomach cramping, nausea, chills, and body aches. When morning came, I was just absolutely drenched in sweat, and feeling awful. The symptoms continued, and i even ended up with a fever. Today is December 14th, and the symptoms turned to vomiting and diarrhea. I don't know if it's Salmonella, food poisoning or what, but after doing some research, other's have also reported similar symptoms after eating at Five Guys...

I recently dined at five guys, and I must say it was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the service was quick, and the prices were affordable. The menu offered a wide variety of options, from burgers to chicken nuggets, appealing to diverse tastes.

However, the food quality left much to be desired. The burgers were rather greasy, and the fries were overly salty. The dining area could use a thorough cleaning, and the overall ambiance was quite noisy, making it challenging to have a relaxed meal.
