International Bar — Restaurant in El Paso

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the bartender at international bar. From the moment I approached the bar, it was clear that the bartender had a serious attitude problem. Her judgmental demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my visit.

To make matters worse, it seemed like she had absolutely no idea how to make drinks properly. Every single drink I ordered was watered down to the point of being practically tasteless. It was evident that she lacked the skills and knowledge necessary to mix a decent cocktail. It felt like a complete waste of money to pay for drinks that were essentially just flavored water.

What I found particularly frustrating was the bartender's lack of professionalism. Instead of acknowledging her own shortcomings or attempting to rectify the situation, she seemed dismissive and uninterested in providing a satisfactory experience. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for her.

Overall, my encounter with this bartender left a sour taste in my mouth. Her judgmental attitude towards me and her inability to create quality beverages made for an extremely disappointing visit. This use to be my spot on Saturdays nights but but now I feel like the owners are neglecting this bar to manage others. The bartenders are rude, zero customer service skills, the quality and consistency of the drinks has gone down big time. Everyone from bartenders to bouncers are unapproachable and seemed bored. An hour before close and we were being yelled at (literally, not an exaggeration) to finish our drinks and close out our tabs. The upstairs staircase is now a death trap, the wood floor is literally falling apart with dangerous holes and pieces of plank all over the place. A lawsuit waiting to happen, someone can seriously hurt themselves walking on that. Women’s restroom needs an overhaul. Broken soap dispenser, never any papers towels, dingy, musky and dark. I would expect more from a place that has expensive drinks. So, I naturally stopped coming because I literally feel my business is not appreciated. Horrible experience! My girlfriend and sister went into the restroom didn't take long at all but as they were in there a bartender named Valerie started banging on the door upsetting my girlfriend when there was another available restroom next door. As my girlfriend got out of the restroom she was upset and asked the bartender why she was banging on the door when she knows someone was in there I had to ask the bouncer to hold back the girl because she seemed like she was on drugs and right away started calling my girl names and asking her if she wanted to fight.
