Save yourself a trip and headache. Went thru drive thru to order curly fries, asked ahead at drive thru window BEFORE ORDERING if they had good good sauce as had recently had the sauce at another location and on our prior visit they did not have any at this location. The person running drive thru at the time gives a rushed response takes our order for curly fries. Upon receiving our order at the window, I receive regular fries and 0 good good sauce. I attempt to waive the employee back to bring up the issue but they refuse to further acknowledge me at the window and instead walk away. I park my car and go inside to ask for assistance with our order. A young lady calls someone on the headset that there is someone that is needing help at the front, to which an employee on receiving end of said message that is nearby responds “me vale madre…”(English translation essentially to mean IDGAF) to which he then turns to see me and is caught off guard that someone overheard him. He walks over to ask what I need help with with in the most smug and nasty attitude I have ever experienced. I ask for his name and he ignores my question, instead asking what I need. I repeat my question asking for his name. After he provides me his name; I tell him we had ordered curly fries at the drive thru. He asks “well what did you get…” and I tell him I received regular fries and hand him my order we were provided at the window. This individual proceeds to tell me “well I didn’t take your order…” as though they are unable to fix their mistake. I again ask him if we can get the curly fries and good good sauce that we asked and PAID for at the drive thru window. After what feels like pulling teeth to resolve the matter - I FINALLY get my curly fries and 2 sauces for three orders of fries. I notice there is a receipt and submit my honest and truthful feedback to the provided link on receipt. A person presenting themselves as a manager calls the following day to check on our experience and keeps up the shenanigans “well I was here and I didn’t hear that…” so even though I CLEARLY heard this individual say “me vale madre” with my own ears and gaslight me about how he did not take my order, the manager brushes it off because he personally did not hear this come out of the employees mouth but instead quickly dismisses the situation. This manager has no intention to help. What was supposed to be a quick bite after work ended up completely ruined. Yes, the curly fries and sauce were provided but the entire process to get to the solution was unnecessary. I know when I visit a JITB I’m not expecting a fine dining experience.. I go for the cheap food and quick service and I am very aware to the fact that the employees are probably overworked(I’ve waited in the drive thru before for over 10 mins and have never complained. I’ve been patient and understanding if they are overstaffed) and miserable with their existence but is still no excuse for treating paying customers for their order and to fix their mistake. I wasn’t asking for free food. I paid for this order, and as far as I am aware not being charged from the employees or managers wallet. I’ve worked customer service long enough to know that using that language is not for customer interaction areas. This entire problem would have been a simple fix and just go on about your day. I wasn’t asking the employee to give me the fries for free and on top my own order, just the curly fries and sauce. Instead both the employee and the manager decided to be combative and chose to not be helpful in the matter. Needless to say, I will never again visit another jack in the box location. I share this experience so that others may know what to expect when visiting this location and instead spend your money elsewhere where you will be provided some respect...

Read moreI pulled up to the drive thru and the lady there was talking to the car in front of me like it was a friend of hers. Waited there a solid 5 minutes before the employee said “I don’t give a f” but in Spanish and then kept talking with the person in the car until they left. I pulled up to the window and the crew was just talking for a bit before charging me which is fine I get it but after I got charged I waited a bit more and I heard the lady scream from the kitchen saying “there’s no egg you have to park her!” The guy at the window complained but none the less did it.
