Jimmy John's — Restaurant in El Paso

Absolutely the WORST Jimmy John’s I have ever been too! My family and I are from out of town and needed a quick bite to eat today between my son’s back to back baseball games. We went inside and ordered with a gentlemen who clearly was obviously not paying attention to what I was saying and just wrote down whatever order he felt like! 2 out of the 4 sandwiches we ordered were completely wrong (like not even close to what we ordered). When I told them, the same guy walked over to our table to see what was wrong with the sandwiches. I told him once again what we were wanting and he remade our sandwiches, well when I opened one of the two re-made sandwiches IT WAS STILL WRONG! It was roast beef 🤦🏻‍♀️ I ordered a Country Club which is Ham and Turkey! Like what the hell? Are you deaf? We were in a hurry and running late at that point so we just walked out super frustrated. Save yourself the headache and DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I’ve been to JJ’s in New Mexico and Arizona and have never had this...

Never really ate at Jimmy John's until today and was expecting it to be better than subway. I was wrong. I noticed that there's really not much of a bread selection and was bummed out when I found out they don't have flat bread but it's ok. The chips however are made with peanut oil and me being someone with a peanut allergy and also a garlic allergy there isn't much of a selection. Maybe take some consideration for customers who have food allergies. Glad I always have medication on hand but I may not have medication with me all the time. I'm willing on giving it a second chance. I noticed that an employee took a bit long in the restroom and left their apron in between the fountain drinks and tea just laying around and then 15 or so grabs his apron. Price isn't that bad. It's really clean and not really that much people in the drive thru or inside but it doesn't mean that employees can slack off even though...

5 December 2020 at approximately 1227hrs order taker Natasha had a major attitude, was very rude and disrespectful to us and even the staff who was working there. The order that she took was all incorrect and we did not receive the correct subs. Very disappointed on the customer service and order we received from this specific Jimmy John's. Unsure who the manager was but I believe that when they heard how she was speaking that should have corrected her automatically but they did not. Also I believe that she should have read the order back but it did not happen. Disappointed that the manager did not take care of the issue that was occuring.....I recommend you go to the West side to order than...
