Customer service is bad, unfriendly and the girl that takes your order looks miserable and has an unwelcoming demeanor. The food is flavorful however, lonches are to small! You need at least 2 lonches to get full. One lonche is not enough food for the average person, not even for a small teen. I bought a torta for my teen and they had to add extras to it at home because it barely has food in it. It's not worth having to spend about $16 plus a drink per person just to feel satisfied, might as well go somewhere else. I wanted to try it however, I will not be back and I do not recommend it unless you just want a snack/appetizer size meal.

Authentic Mexican lonches! A spot like none other on the Westside. Very clean establishment, very friendly staff, and very tasty food. Very accurate with order, they will even repeat the order and break down what the item comes with. Pictures below: Lonche juaritos 5/5 Bistek con colitas de Paco and veggies Hamburgeesa Hawaiiana 5/5 Hamburger with patty, American cheese, pineapple, bacon(additional cost), ketchup, mayo, lettuce and other veggies.

The bread is excellent I will say that. The lady that greeted me and took my order was perfectly nice only greeted me with a mouth full of food and spoke to me that way which even in today’s climate can be an off putting. I ordered the Milanesa which is such an iconic torta but it wasn’t breaded which is fine I guess just disappointing because that’s not milanesa. The meat was well seasoned for sure but it was really really tough and chewy it was disappointing for my bread to fall apart from fighting with the meat. But I guess you cant really know how tender the meat will be? The place appeared super clean and cute though. I would go back to try another lonche that’s not milanesa. We originally started eating Lonches Juaritos over 35 years ago when my husband and I first started dating. The original owner from Juarez made the exact same delicious tasting Hamon con queso tortas of course you need to order two to get your fill. Then when we found them on Alameda we would travel from the Westside to get the same great taste handed down through the generations to the new owners. Now we are so happy they have a location on the Westside. After 35 years of long happy marriage and great food to rekindle our memories of crossing the bridge to Juaritos just for some great food.
