I feel bad leaving this review but the service really sucked this time. the employee was a young lady with thick black glasses, lipstick, and black or dark brown hair (there’s two that look alike, I think it was the one that’s taller and has a slimmer face). first off, she gave us less than a spoonful (of the ladle/serving spoon) of the rice and chow mein, when other locations give like 2-3 spoonfuls. the weird thing is that she gave the usual 2 spoonfuls to the people after us. then the really weird thing is that I asked the same employee for a water cup and she straight-up told me they didn’t have any, so I assumed maybe they ran out for the day or something. the other person with me (not knowing I had already asked) went back and asked her, and she gave her one no questions asked. like that’s such a weird thing to lie about and for what 😭 I went back and asked another employee for the water cup and he gave it to me but like why would the lady deny me a water cup? they’re free?
also the chow mein was 80% veggies, so I basically only got less than 1 spoonful of both of my sides total. they also didn’t give us teriyaki sauce even though we both got teriyaki chicken. the lady employee also didn’t ask if we wanted appetizers, she immediately went to check us out and I had to tell her that we wanted spring rolls (maybe that annoyed her, who knows).
it was just a weird experience. probs won’t come...
Read moreI bought 3 plates and waited 20 minutes for the food and I was fine with that. Once I got home they left me without a portion of what I had paid for. I called to express to them how much of a let down that was. What I got was apology and that I could go back for it. I get the apology but what gets me is the expectation of having to go back for it. It’s a twenty minute drive going and coming back. So I asked for my money back for that one plate. What I got next was a manager arguing with over the phone about how my time wasn’t worth what I had asked for. Despite them providing terrible service, demanding a receipt, and expecting me to waste more of my time to go back. After providing that establishment with business for years. I made a decisions not to go back due to bad service, unhealthy food and the lack of importance when it comes to the customers time. If a company is that petty for 7 dollars they can keep that money but they will no...
Read moreNot acknowledge after a couple mins standing there. Even when there was no one in line the two workers who were in the front seemed preoccupied with online orders. It wasn't until a crowd of students walked through the door that they paid any attention to the line. A guy who may have been a manager then says "I'll be right with you" but by that time I was already annoyed. So I walk out and make an order online...15 mins later my order is ready for pick up. That same guy notices me coming in again and offers me some egg rolls and an apology for the wait time. I did appreciate that very much. I honestly think they didn't expect to get bombarded with so many people at once. I've worked in customer service before and even I know that there are just some things that are out of our control. But being acknowledged once you walk through the door would be a good start for anyone who works in the service industry. Thanks for the...
