Wrong Order and Disappointing Experience

Visited this McDonald’s on April 16th, 2025 around 9:55 AM and placed an order for a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel (Menu #8). Despite clearly requesting the correct item, I was given a Sausage Egg McMuffin instead (as shown in the photos).

This was not just a small mix-up—this was completely the wrong item and not what I paid for. The sandwich I received was also messily prepared, with sauce spilling out and overall looking rushed and careless.

When ordering from a well-known chain like McDonald’s, there’s a certain standard and expectation of accuracy, especially when ordering directly by the menu number. This experience left me disappointed, especially during a busy morning when I didn’t have time to go back and fix the issue.

Worst McDonalds in El Paso. Har the worst experience ever at this place all thanks to the night manager Samantha. She for her own reasons couldn't accept my McDonalds app discount, served us old dry cold burgers that weren't 3ven put together in the right order, cold to the touch fries, and she didn't get the order correct even though we repeated it 3 times over the speaker and said it all again at the window. Then when I called to comment on the order being wrong and old didn't offer any way to correct or fix her wrong doing. I happen to love McDonalds because of it's good food friendly service and fast delivery. I go to McDonalds at least 2 to 4 times a week, but I will most definitely not be returning to this one on Yarborough and North Loop at all, and I do not recommend...

There were multiple issues at this location. Firstly we were denied the “all day breakfast” even though we saw other patrons with breakfast items. The cashier seemed very distracted and rang up our order without some of the items we had ordered and was fairly rude when we pointed it out to her. They refused to give us anything but barbecue sauce and tried to charge us for an extra. 2 sauces for 10 chicken nuggets is absolutely ridiculous. They were also out of sweet tea at 9pm and refused to make anymore for me however upon request for sweet tea from another customer they happily did.
