What's really going on at this location? I ordered a kids meal cheeseburger with no onions and extra pickles. I had to wait at the 2nd window. A car also goes around me and waits on 3, 4 and 5. 3 recives their food and im still waiting. Received my order and it looked liked the patty had been scraped in half or half was left stuck to a grill. I explained to the member doing the drive through take out orders and he did offer to get a new one, but I declined and told him I'd go inside myself and that it was not his fault. A bit agitated, I go inside and ask for a manager, so that they can have eyes on. I explained, she took it from me and I thought she tossed it to request a new one. I walked off to get a napkin from the restroom. As soon as I returned she had it ready. I attempted to take it, but asked to ensure it was made correct as it was a special order before I did. She said yes, it's the same sandwich I added another patty. Me not realizing what she said, thanked her and exited. I got back to my vehicle and looked only to realized what had just happened. So they added another patty to a returned cold sandwich and gave it back. 🤔 🤯. It's a kids meal. My baby doesn't eat a double cheeseburger. Read moreThis McDonald's location is one of the worst, in terms of customer service, at least from our experience over the course of numerous visits over the last 8-12months (NOT based on "a few bad experiences").
Issue: placing order via McDs app usually takes longer than using the drive-thru at this location.
Issue: most visits employees lack simple courtesy towards paying customers.
Issue: on most visits, quickly get the impression that employees (which are mostly kids) either don't care about their job or they don't have adequate supervision by someone who actually understands the owner's/McDs business model.
Issue: often stop serving about 30mins prior to closing time regardless of amount of traffic already in the drive-thru lanes.
Issue: seems like usually a 50/50 chance of either getting the wrong order or missing items from your order and usually rude when you bring it to their attention.
*Overall only good as a last resort if you gotta have a simple burger but you better check your entire order before you leave if going through the drive-thru and/or McDs app.

I was trying to ask for more sauce and the cashier in the window her name was Estrella was rushing and closed the window on me after saying excuse me countless times I had 2 orders so I was trying to make sure I got enough sauce as they always forget to put my sauce in the bag. After her closing the window 3 times she finally listened to me I asked if I could get extra buffalo she said it was an extra charge which I was totally ok, she kept making faces so I asked for a manager the managers name was iris. When she got to the window I tried addressing the issue and trying to explain that I just would like to bring to her attention that the cashier was not very respectful and was completely not work ethic.
