BOSS Tenders, Dogs & Custard — Restaurant in El Paso

We got a family pack for four people it was plenty of food it was the consensus of the whole family that we like the regular better than the spicy. Both the boss sauce and their barbecue sauce were excellent and appear to be homemade good enough that we might have even bought them if they had them for sale in containers inside but we didn't go inside we went to the drive-thru. We also got one hot dog just to test it out and everyone pretty much liked it although the chili was a little ketchup be for me but it wouldn't stop me from getting another one next time. We also got the regular fries and they were pretty good your typical homemade fries next time we think we may try them with queso all in all pretty good for a new experience and they were very quick and friendly. And my wife like the toast very well and she's generally not a big toast fan. 3/12/22 My experience at Boss tonight was terrible. Initially ordering everything was fine, no issues there. It all started when I asked for extras onto my order, the cashier was very rude and acted in a manner NO worker should ever act, from the tone in her voice to the attitude she had reaching for my card. I started to receive my order and had my companions check the orders, we were missing a number of items and politely asked her for those items. After checking my receipt and stating I had not paid for those items, the cashier tried to charge me for them again. I double checked both receipts and sure enough what I paid for was there. She then acted rudely by mumbling under her breath and walking away from the window before I was done talking. I got my food and immediately left. It did not end from there. I got to my destination and proceeded to check my food, they missed a numerous amount of items as well as serving me the worst food I have ever experienced. I was a regular customer here at boss chicken I always ordered the four piece chicken with queso fries and an extra chicken tender for my child.i always go through the drive through. And when I didn’t receive my extra tender and I was charged for it. I called on the phone to speak to someone in regards to the missing tender and the girl and her coworker that was next to her when she answered the phone started arguing with me and said she personally put the extra tender. She never gave me the extra tender and never refunded me for the missing item. This is not the first time this happens my brother had similar issue at a different boss chicken northeast the manager was disrespectful and tried a similar tactic say that she prepared the food.
