McDonald's — Restaurant in El Paso

DON'T EVENT THINK!!!!!!OTHER CHOICES AROUND THER LIKE JACK IN THE BOX AND WATER BURGER!! We been going to this McDonald's for over two years on Fridays. We spend over $150 every time we go,(1$ menu) since we have our youth group and we have about 40 kids. NOV 6, We had the worst welcoming experience, bad service, got kick out and had the cops call on us! When we were ordering bad face, sarcastic(since we order from the $1menu she was (mmmm what else) i was able to feel the she was bother, I figure bad day (anybody ) I said thank you. The play ground was closed with one of those wet floor A stand. We do have a couple of special ED kids that always come with us, and they where playing a round like kids do the lady pull one of the kids started to pulling him and ask us to stop. She didn't say you can play like that or play like that outside (NO)They did and when I ask her to stop touching the kids ( you have no right to touch him do not touch him) she said you have to leave and I'm calling the cops. Cops were cool (Gonzales badge 2937and Gabalfon3934) pebble hills station When the cops came the first thing that ask us was did you see the fight ? We were there was no fight! there was kids playing and she started pulling one of them and ask us to leave and that she was calling you. We didn't leave because we had it done anything wrong (some kids got scare like my daughter) I said if you didn't do anything wrong why should we be threaten or oppress or even scare to go to a place where you enjoy going!!!!!!! I ask to give me her name and store manager and even district manager to communicate to them what happen and she refuse !!! TAKING MY BUISSNES...

We went to McDonald's because the 3 of us were very hungry and we all agreed that McDonald's was the place everyone would eat at. We dined in after placing my order on the APP. The first employee who came up to me spoke in Spanish and I responded in English ( I know Spanish) she became very rude and made a face and walked away. She apparently told another employee to help us. I told the employee I had already placed my order, gave him my code and he said my order should be ready in a few minutes. That's when I asked about the Disney toys and he said they didn't have any. Once our order came they forgot one of our drinks and the first employee that greeted us made a face asked us to check our try again and rudely gave us the glass. We sat down at a table that was so dirty and sticky. I was going to tell the manager but my child didn't want me to make a big deal about it. We just ate on top of a lot of napkins. After we ate she wanted a Mcflurry but as usual the ice cream machine wasn't working. It's fairly easy to say we are NEVER going back to THAT McDonald's again. The employees are rude, incompetent, and the place is just...

Just my luck, was told to pull into waiting area #2 and what happened ? I watched 10 vehicles get served and leave before a young lady came out and asked for my receipt, made me feel like they even doubted me about even ordering anything ! I waited anther 10 more minutes and when my meal was finally brought out to me, I was told sorry but that there had been some confussion and given an apple pie for my inconveience, wow. Thats like telling me don't go aeay mad, just go away. One thing funny I did notice was that a lot of people were checking their orders and reminded me that one time, not too long ago, I failed to check mime and was not till I got home that I noticed that my order was all wrong ! It is sad to see such a franchise as well known as McDonalds, to fail in providing prompt and customer satisfying experience, guess that is no longer a priorty !
