Pizza Hut — Restaurant in El Paso

We decided to dine in and that was a huge mistake. We were the only ones there. Now it took ten minutes before we were acknowledged and only because we walked up to the counter. Now our waitress was nice but added to the disappointment. The salad bar with the brown edged lettuce (they use the same lettuce for delivery salads as I saw the driver filling the plastic container) and old vegetables was nothing to praise. It was scary to see also because the sneeze guard did very little to cover the vegetables. The menus and table top promotional menus seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in months...The bathroom smelled as if there has been a sewer leak for years that has been ignored and was equally as neglected as the menus. Now this was discovered half way through dinner when my child needed to go. He even said "it's super dirty in there"...coming from a kid who loves playing in mud. Now the food was bland and we ordered a Hawaiian luau pizza...the picture says it all. The description is incorrect on the menu but what we wanted was the pizza in the description. We didn't get it obviously and when we asked our waitress she was very dismissive about it and said "yeah, it happens a lot..the menu is wrong. They were supposed to fix it but they havent. But I'll tell the manager" So my question is why didn't she say "hey, the description is wrong on the Hawaiian luau pizza is different that what it says" when we ordered? She chose not to...disappointing. Then when we wanted to order cinnabon we couldn't find the waitress anywhere. We went up to the counter and made direct eye contact with the "pizza chef" and he just ignored us. Proceeded to talk to someone else in the kitchen with him and not acknowledge the patrons standing at the counter. He was folding boxes...will take a lot to patron a pizza hut again. It's sad cause this was the place I remember from childhood. Always was a good...

This place is a JOKE. Walked in at 6:15pm on a Monday. We were the ONLY table until 7:00pm. Took 10 minutes to greet us and we had to clean our own table to be able to sit down. We should have left then.

Our server, Desiree, did not seem to want to be at work tonight. She did get friendlier as the service went on. We order waters and it took another 10 minutes to get them. During that time, I made my way to the salad bar (which was half stocked). After returning with my salad and eating half of it, the waters made their way to our table and we finally order a basic large pepperoni pizza. We didn't want anything complicated due to the service we were already receiving. Desiree did not tell us any specials (which I heard from a call-in).

Our pizza took another 35 minutes. In that time frame, 3 individuals came in and ordered carry out. ALL carry out orders were completed before ours. I was so upset, that when the pizza was brought to the table, I asked for a box and our check. By far the worst service I have had at a YUM Establishment.

Bathrooms were disgusting. I was afraid to touch anything! Every table was filthy and dirty. We didn't feel welcome. We will NEVER return. We should have read the reviews before stepping foot in this horrible establishment.

YUM Brands should be absolutely disappointed in...

I was putting gas at the Sam's Club next door and noticed a sign for the lunch buffet. I don't generally care much for pizza, but I didn't have much time so I figured the buffet was perfect. It was right next to me and I could get in and out quick, right... wrong! I walked in to find one employee scrambling to welcome and seat guests, wait on tables, work the cash register, and bus tables. Needless to say, most of the unoccupied tables were dirty. (It wasn't that busy... less than half full). I sat myself, then went to serve myself only to find the buffet almost completely empty. They had "0" zero pizza at the buffet, only salad, and a little bit of pasta. I ate a salad (not a very good salad) while I waited for the buffet to be restocked. The pizza was below average (IMO), but it's what I expected from a Pizza Hut. When I finished and went to pay, the girl couldn't get my bill straight. I was alone and had water, and she wanted to charge me for 2 buffet's a water and a soft drink. The entire experience for start to finish was a failure. I won't be going back to this Pizza...
