Westside Pizza Express — Restaurant in El Paso

I started ordering from here again & I forgot why I stopped , stupid is as stupid does . I do like the food here when prepared correctly however when something goes wrong this place is a riot . West side pizza express does not value their customers & their discretion favors only themselves without regard to the customer . Bottom line mistakes are inevitable & when this pizza joint makes one they will not make it right , rather just keep your money . No tact or common business sense towards their customers deems this place unprofessional . I fell victim to receiving a totally wrong order in which they responded by saying “ That’s what you ordered sir “ !! My second mishap was they simply burnt my food & I sent the burnt pizza & calzone back & they said ”Your food wasn’t burnt here sir “ !! This place is a waste of my time & a gamble to their clients . May 9th 2025, so am I going crazy or are they using frozen pizza dough. If there is an owner out there let me know because this cannot be happening when even papa John’s or dominos wouldn’t pull this crap off!!.

So I did not know that you guys are using uber eats but man you are going to be losing a crap load of customers with that service. First the pizza was cold and we had to reheat it but we love the pizza and felt that was a minor foul. But the part that gets me is that I thought that I did not know that you can call them directly and get better service. I had been a customer for 8 years and considered it my favorite pizza. Over the years I have probably spent over a grand to them. The delivery guy was great and a good guy My friend and I decided that we wanted salads. Salads are about the same as a small or medium pizza. I ordered the Grilled Chicken & Bacon Salad and asked them to crisp the bacon instead of the cold shreds they use. I usually do it myself. My friend also ordered a salad, drink and cheese cake. The manager told the employee that because we did not order a Pizza the are adding a up-charge or a dollar. Now after 8 years they start pulling this out of the air.
