I normally do not leave bad reviews, but the experience at this location was just that bad. It will be a bit long but necessary.
The first problem was when I drove up to the drive-thru. No one greeted me at the mic, but since I had an online order, I decided to drive up to the window, given that the order should already be ready at that point. I drove up and was left sitting at the window for a few minutes, even though many saw me sitting, waiting to be helped. Finally, an employee named Dora (I suppose was the manager or GM), opened the window, and stared at me. I was polite and let her know I was picking up an online order under my name and that I drove up because I wasn't helped at the mic. She said, "You must have not stopped because we didn't see you." I ignored the comment and said,"Okay, " and gave my name once again since she asked. I confirmed the store number with her, and she went and asked for my order and came back to tell me they hadn't received it and asked when I ordered. I let her know it had been a couple of minutes, so she said to pull up and wait. She then came to my window 15 min later to tell me that the order still had not came in. I showed the email receipt with my order and she said she will wait some more. More than 4 cars passed me after ordering and so I decided to park and go inside since another 10ish minutes had passed with no update. Another employee helped me, didn't have a name tag, and he also asked me for the receipt and address to confirm I was at the right location. I was. It had been 30 minutes since I arrived to pick up the order. Another employee, Ximena came and checked the receipt also to confirm the address and order. She was speaking to Dora on their headset telling her the receipt was valid and I couldn't cancel the order. Dora did not reappear. She left Ximena to take care of the issue. Ximena told me to give her a moment. She came back after bout 5-10 minutes to tell me her manager said I had to cancel with my bank, and they were not giving me my order. So I left.

I ordered the chicken sandwich family meal through the app, which is what I always get. This time I also ordered 4 drinks which are available as “add ons” for an additional charge. I went through the drive through and got the food, but no drinks. I didn’t realize I didn’t have the drinks until the lady had walked away, and I was pulled forward waiting for the food so I wasn’t at the window... not a big deal, I just looked around to the drive through again and told them I was missing the drinks.
I got to the window and she said there were no drinks with that order. I pulled up the receipt on my phone and showed her that I had ordered the drinks. She didn’t know what to do so she called the manager over. The manager was IMMEDIATELY rude... I showed him the receipt and the order history in the app, both showing that I ordered the drinks. He kept cutting me off and said “if it’s not on my receipt then I’m not getting paid for it.”
The family meal is $17 and my total was $25, so I did pay for them. It showed that on the receipt. I tried to show that and he just cut me off again and told me that I could just complain on the app.
I don’t blame the place for the initial situation - stuff happens and sometimes online ordering can have glitches, I get it! And I didn’t blame the lady at the window either, it wasn’t her fault. She wasn’t rude, she just didn’t know how to handle the situation. But the manager was so rude and refused to help or do anything despite me showing him in two different places that I ordered and paid for drinks.

They also quickly cooked and gave him his meal. The manager and staff were more mean and unhelpful, and less nice and helpful. They checked the text messages on my phone. They lied to me, said my husband picked-up the food this morning. I said no, I'm here to pick it up. The rude manager kept on calling my husband got the food, to please go away, to go park somewhere else, etc. He and staff had to attend to the other customers. I told them I'd park nearby, but would return, so they could correct my family's order. I shouldn't have moved from the drive-through window. I should've said No, stayed there, and insisted that they fix their mistake. I was a customer too. Instead, I parked...no one showed-up. I called...no one answered. I got back in line, complained in the menu's intercom. The staff corrected their mistake, gave me a big bag of food. My best friend and I checked our food bag orders. They were okay and correct. We ate lunch at my family's place. The food was good and safe. I will never return to that place. The staff wore face masks. Half of them wore gloves. My family and I will never return there.
