My fav Chinese food in Downtown. In a great convenient location. One can shop and eat here. The wings are delicious and sweet and savory, the red wings are hot and both are done with an original recipe that I believe goes back to the 1990s or older, because I remember as a little kid my mom used to buy me Chinese from here, and it tastes the same. I gave a one star, because it's been 25 years that I haven't been to this place. I used to work right across from Royal Chinese at El Paso Natural gas as a temp.
